Do not waste your time or hard earned money here.  They are self servicing and do not care about the customer.  I'm tired of giving my money to shitty, businesses, places and people and this place checked all the boxes.  The old woman was just a peach, a rotten one but a peach

We do our best to ensure customers get exactly what or close too what they are looking for. At that time not all mule edibles where 50 mg, but some had like a 52mg, again ensuring you got the product wanted. Oasis prides itself on having friendly and knowledgeable service, I am sorry you feel you did not get that. Best of luck to you.

I can in just to get Mule edibles I wanted the highes THC one and the gentleman proceeded to argue with me saying their all 50mg. I understand this but just ask if he can find the one with the highest that listed on back of container. He presided in arguing with me. I was extremely unhappy with service. All I wanted is for him to get the highest. I have gone here before and never had that type of service. You’ve lost me as a customer. Sad when all he could have done is grab one and just say it is I would have not known. Makes no since I’m arguing over this. Sad that this happened I was looking forward in buying clones from you.

OMG! This place has actual pictures on their leafly menu! Thats the only reason I tried this place and I was super pleased at how helpful the staff were at helping pick out a few more things when I got there. 10/10 service, shoutout to the guy with the hat.

I use to come here a lot. It use to be my go to place. But, it really just does not compare to Canna Bros Newberg anymore. They use to get really great flower and super fast service, but something changed and things are slower and product just is not up to par. A

As per the current OLCC (Oregon Liquor Control Commission) regulations Dispensaries in Oregon must require masks. This is separate from the eased mask restrictions placed by the Oregon Government and therefore we are still subject to fines and closure do to failure to require masks of budtenders and patrons. As an outside business with its own policy and not a patron of the establishment we did not have the need to regulate his mask wearing, though he would not have been served without one had he chosen to patronize the establishment. Oasis prides itself on having friendly and knowledgeable service and is not the place for political outrage to be voiced. Our budtenders are not required to serve agitated customers so please leave your attitude at the door in the future.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have had!!! There’s no place for anyone who treats customers this way & no business should be allowed to operate treating customers this way. 

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. The customer service is always borderline at best & with the Covid19 mask situation nearing the end.... this place still requires mask be worn. I’ve walked in with no mask and been asked to put one on. As I did due to the explanation I received. Today I walk in at opening with my mask on & a delivery driver has a package to drop off.... they open the door and let an older delivery msn enter with no mask “because he’s in & out”. I asked if I needed to wear a mask. I was told “yes, everyone has to” in turn I pointed to the old delivery man standing there with no mask.... she shrugged her shoulders and said “we try”. However; I could not remove my mask.... wtf?!?!? Then when asked what I wanted today, I stated “equality for all”. The female employee then started in on me about how I need to “try being a woman!! I have 35 years on you!!!” “Excuse me I replied?” She then goes on to say “you heard me” so I reply with “try being a single dad, white male, in today’s world”. 

I will not be back to this establishment!!!

They are always very helpful there and I have recommended it to my friends. Went in originally because that is where is used to take my grandson to his pediatrician, lol 😆!

Sorry you had a bad experience. Exotic blends are great pre-rolls as are all the products we carry. We stand behind all our inventory or we wouldn't have those items in our store. Please give us another chance to gain your business. Thank you

This is usually a great place with a lot of options and knowledgeable employees. Today was a completely different story... young kid working ( tattoo on forearm and birthmark on elbow). He clearly didn’t know what he was talking about!! Told us the Exotic Blend joints were Crap Trim and would give us the “worst headache possible”! He was talking down all the lower priced products!! If it’s not quality products... why are you carrying them at your store?? Working on commission?  We purchased a single pre-roll and left with a bad taste in our mouths!!

Thanks for celebrating with us. We try hard to make sure everyone who visits has a pleasant and knowledgable experience.

Came here on my 21st birthday, got the BEST service from staff!! I kind of knew what I wanted, and they were very thorough in making sure that nothing they suggested would get me anxious; I was nervous going for my first time but everyone was so helpful, very knowledgeable and funny! I don’t think I’ll go to another dispo after going to Oasis!!
