“not much, being a new patient and not knowing much and feeling a bit intimidated by the process, i had a friend call to confirm the 220 per ounce price of the Rolls Choice,seeing it on your deals page and calling to make sure it was correct, but when i drove to your place of business today 5/30/17 all i got was bait and switch the woman i dealt with was persistent on there only being 345 ounces, that i believe on your menu is called reserve, which nothing i received is labeled that, my goal being a first time patient was to purchase a 220 ounce and receive my free eighth, but instead i was pushed into buying 7 eighths and receiving a free eighth of the same med. and paying top shelf price at 300 plus, so i called on my phone after being told one thing on the phone and on your lea fly page, and then after paying full pop, i was told my free eighth had to be Rolls choice? not lemon something at a much higher THC count.? and why is it called reserve and my eighths just say Rolls Choice. so i called and a guy answered and was very pushy not listening and calling what i came to purchase for 220 a mini bag, never a mention of it being called that on the phone or on your page it was 180 for shake or 220 for small nuggets . all i feel is that if this is an example of your customer service especially being new to the entire process and not knowing much about the medicine, a total rip . , and the sad thing is a friend recommended your place. i wanted a 220 ounce and a free eighth and i got 7 eighths and a free bee at full price. i doubt i will recommend u or have much good to say seeing i feel totally taken advantage of. told one thing and pushed into another. i live on a fixed budget and i came to your establishment driving a long way from the far east side to save money, instead i was misled. sad excuse for service and your mans attitude needs an adjustment considering i was a paying customer. very disappointed.”

“Best flower in town hands down. I only gave 1 star for service based on one very frustrating incident I had involving your debit card system. I had a visa $100 debit gift card with a PIN number. I called first and explained my situation that I had to drive far and didnt want to waste my time. The girl on the phone assured me it would be fine as long as my card had a PIN number. I drove all the way from Scottsdale. Picked out some amazing looking flower I was excited about...and the card wouldn't work.
I then found out they are actually running debit cards as ATM transactions (hence the very high fee). Had this been explained to me on the phone I wouldn't have wasted my time because I already knew this card wouldn't let me get cash from an ATM. Traffic was really bad all the way home. Gas $$$. 3 hours total! Very frustrating. For nothing. Tried the card at another (sub-par) dispensary with no debit fees afterwards and it worked just fine. I now understand that federal laws are interfering with dispensaries ability to use debit. If someone calls with questions you guys need to explain that the system is not normal and your running ATM transactions and calling them "debit". This was my first visit as a first time patient. Love the flower. Budtenders were awesome. I have returned since. I honestly feel you guys could be the best dispensary in town. Get a better system and lower the ridiculously high prices. I will return for your specials. Love you guys. Hopefully this is take as constructive criticism from a patient that wants the best from our AZ dispensary community. See you soon❤️”

“First time I can say that I knew as I left I would never go back. Was worst dispensary experience I've had. The staff were all very young and not helpful. More interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Then one staff told me I could do a deal for new patient special when I called. When I came in guy said no and that was it. Made no sense either because the free product was the same either way...........however if he had allowed me to purchase the way I suggested and was originally told would have sold $90 more product with absolutely no loss in money. Anyways good thing for me there are plenty of other really good dispensaries.”
