“I went here fairly regularly for a couple months and just recently got turned away since my ID is from out of state. While I understand that they have the right to do that I'm 23 and found it pretty frustrating since all the other places in the area were closed for the night. They told me to come back again tomorrow but I am not going to do that.
The quality of the inventory at Origins is high however the prices are even higher. Certain budtenders here are friendly and knowledgeable but a majority of them are either a little rude or too friendly to a point where it feels fake.
Only go to Origins if everywhere else is closed (they have good hours) and do not go Origins if you are visiting from out of town and looking for a good place to buy your first Seattle bud. ”
Thank you for sharing your frustration with us. I do hope you’ll let us explain how this sometimes happens. some customers, need much more time in making their decision and we want to help them make the right choice.

“The displays are organized by mood/effect, are set up to look very lovely. I will hand it to merchandising, it looks great! Wish pricing was more apparent, the teeny tiny font in each display and no labels near products means playing a match game to figure out how much a strain costs. The good news is the budtenders are very nice and will explain pricing/effects/offer suggestions. At the same time, they will probably try to upsell you even if you tell 'em you want to spend X amount. Just make it clear you will not spend more than you came in to spend and you'll be fine.”
“I used to run into this place really quick while I was on my way to the freeway, and I liked the inside; but $$$ & not much of a selection. One day like 4-5 months ago, I went to go get something & it was locked and all the signs were down. I thought they shut down, until recently I saw that they are now located in the junction. It would have been nice if they put up a huge sign or wrote on their web site that they were moving to " this address" & will be open for business
And give the date they will open..." a sign with that info or a simple post on their website would have been helpful & probably give them more business too! ”
“Overall, I liked this place. However, they put far too much friction in place on the deals that you get on sms. the budtender never seems to know about the deals, doesn't tell you about them and when you ask they have to ask someone else. It seems their marketing tactic is to lure you in with a special and then get you to pay a higher price for something else. Makes you feel like your trying to get one over on them just for asking about the deal they send to you. If you're going to have specials, the customer shouldn't be the one having to ask about them. Then they give you a card so a friend can get 15% off, but you get nothing in return for the referral. I'm starting to think it's all a shady setup. ”
