“they ended up "having their system go down". noticed they didn't leave me a reciept. they also charged me for the Free preroll for the review. didn't give me 20% off like the special was for the day.
when I called them I had talked to a manager named Kate and told me that if I went on any other day that wasn't a Monday I would get 20% off my next cartridge and that if I came in on a Monday that I would get 40% off my next cartridge and she was supposed to mark this down on my notes.
I then go to The Dispensary today to pick up these two free pre-rolls and to find out if they were going to keep their word with either the 20% off my next cartridge or if I came in and on a Monday with a total of 40% off. Get this the lady for our budtender whatever was extremely rude and on top of that she ended up breaking or products and then rushed me and my friend out of the dispensary so at this point I don't even know if it's worth talking to them about because once again I'm an upset customer. ”
Thank you for stopping in Pittylover2012. Yes the"system" went down, meaning everyone using the same POS system across the state was down. In regard to the discount dispute please call in with your information and ask for a manager.
“My first visit here unfortunately wasn't the greatest. I didn't feel very welcome and seemed to annoy the girl assisting me when I wasn't sure on what to get. They ran out the product I had specifically come for so I had a little trouble. When I asked about the product in the first place she didnt really have a clue about it and had to ask several other people...the product is on the menu. The flower is decent and the deals are as well. However, the selection is very slim. I would suggest brushing up on the customer service and product knowledge.. I also gave them three forms of ID and my information was still wrong. Sorry not a big fan.”
