“Love you guys. Especially the tenders and guys who monitor the lobby. It's not a HIPPA law to tell me how much is on my card on the phone. That's bs just ask me my DOB or other security questions lol. Couldn't even explain the violation. I can call Walgreens and check on my prescriptions. It's definitely a tactic to get people in the store. And I'll come in tomorrow when my amount goes up. But I only had a .3 on my card(called elsewhere) so I'm glad I didn't just drive that way and waste $10 in gas and my time. *removes tin foil hat* I'll always have love and spend my money here. I knew I might come off rude if I said something on the phone because I was slightly taken back, and she was still nice about it(A+ for your compassionate receptionist). Which at the end of the day is why I wrote this. ”
