Made second Order . sent money as directed in thier email. 5 days later money transaction still pending/not accepted on their end, thpught no bid deal i can cancel money transfer of my end but when doing this i get message that states recipient needs to contact thier finiancial institution in order to get money back. I have emailed phatnug a few times and still have not received any communication from them. .. any quite annoyed! Be wary of ordering from phatnug.”
“#Order 34237 Forth order has been on hold since the 15th. Support from phatnug is non-existent and when there is a reply its a repeat question. When support refers to their supervisor, manager, boss as developer safe to assume support is outsourced I just want my order. This is terrible guys get new support”

However I placed an order 4 days ago, the money was accepted almost immediately but I STILL have yet to receive an email confirming delivery and tracking. This is the 4th or 5th time that I have ordered from PhatNug.com and have generally had great experiences. There was a slight glitch on my last order (Nov 20, 17) in that Canada Post did not scan my parcel until it arrived in Toronto. Canada Post tracking showed that the package had not yet been picked up from the sender; this was not correct. I actually received my order Nov 22. PhatNug had my order shipped out to me crazy fast and it arrived safe and sound. Tried Cinderalla99 and really like it.”
“Ive been ordering a few time from phatnug! Always had a perfect customer experience. I order 4 days ago, my payment was accepted but I never had a tracking number. I sent them an email this morning and I still received no reply (its not in my spam box). Just hope to get some news soon...”
“I really wish I had read the reviews about Phatnug before I purchased from them . I paid for my $250 order 3 days ago . Have not received a a receipt of payment , a timeline of delivery or even a response to my three emails ! I feel very wary of this company . I don’t trust them and although they promised next day delivery which obviously didn’t happen , I don’t believe I will receive product this week never mind today ! I am not a happy customer .”
If you've reached out to use via email we always reply every day as we check emails, most likely if you have sent a payment and not heard anything else you have entered the wrong etransfer password so we are not able to accept your money. If you check pending transfers it is probably still sitting there ! We are happy to help, just drop us a line.
P.S Please check your spam/junk folder as emails can get stuck there, more than likely you have a few responses from us.
