“This is an update on my initial 5 star review. My first two orders with Phat Nug were perfect exemple of efficient delivery and customer service... My third order, however, has gone all sorts of wrong.
First, I could not buy my choice strains because the larger quantities (7g and up) were "sold out", although the website also indicated that there was plenty of 3.5g quantities available. So to get 7g or more, I would have to pay a higher price by ordering multiple 3.5g. WTH? I settled for a strain I've never tried that was on sale, thinking I could trust Phat Nug to at least deliver it quickly.
Second, I sent payment on Tuesday and did not hear anything back for a full day. After inquiring by email about the status of my order, I received an automated email thanking me for my payment, indicating it would be processed with my order prior to shipping. Having ordered the day before, I emailed again to inquire if that meant my order would not be shipped that day. At 7:30PM, I received another automated email indicating my order had shipped, and that I would find the tracking information "below". No tracking info was found (and I confirmed that my previous 2 orders had tracking information sent with that same confirmation email). I have now emailed asking for tracking, although no human has responded to my previous 2 questions.
It is Thursday, and I see the possibility of a delivery before the weekend shrinking by the minute. I am wondering if my order was sent at all. Paying by email money transfer means that we have zero recourse if the seller just does not send the product, hence the need for absolute clarity with order processing.
I hope Phat Nug makes this right, and at least start answering customers emails again.”
