I've been shopping here for years. They have great strains at great prices. It is a nice welcoming atmosphere. Most of the budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously popular strains at good prices sell out quickly and this is my biggest problem with this dispensary. I'm coming from a 20+ minute drive away and don't always know if the leafly menu is accurate still. I've tried calling ahead to make sure they have the Strain I'm looking for and it is extremely rare for them to answer the phone and they will never call you back if you leave a message as they request you to. So I  thought I found another solution, just order the Strain I want here on leafly and then it will be reserved for me right? Nope not at all, this dispensary does NOT pull your leafly order when you place it. My order said it was ready for pickup. I had to wait until after work to pick it up. By the time I got there the Strain I wanted was down to shake and B buds and they barely had an ounce. I walked in and said I'd like an ounce and the budtender said sorry this is all we have left. I said maybe mine is packed already because I ordered it on leafly. The budtender said nope they don't pack it ahead of time. I have never had this happen at any other dispensary, or any retail store for that matter. Telling someone their product is ready for pickup then selling it all to other people before that customer is available to pick it up makes the entire leafly order process pointless.

So they have some good weed at good prices, but good luck getting it. They don't answer the phone or prepack leafly orders. So basically just drive there with your fingers crossed and hope they have what you want when you get there.

Five star dispensary all the way, but not having my "order ready for pickup" leafly order easily drops it to 3 stars. I love this place, I've gotten many great deals; but the lack of answering the phone or actually having your leafly order ready makes getting what you want a crap shoot.

So tired of getting ripped off by these people I had them hard-earned money they hand me a container full of dried migraine causing crap I'm done never spend money there again

Hi Perxz, thanks for the review. We had some new product out our and there was a bit of a miscommunication on our end. We fixed the problem and will make sure to be more on top of it on our end moving forward.

Wack ass place when I call them for stuff I want they say they don’t have it but when you go in they do.

This is my go to spot. Always got great prices and great quality. If you’re not at puddletown then where are you at?!

I've been to Puddletown several times & have always been happy with it. Today, however, wasn't great. My service dog had to be put down after 12 years as my 24/7 companion. I had a very special bond with my Harry & my grief is immeasurable. I went online to order an eighth Purple Hindu Kush. I needed something to calm me & help me sleep. The shop is out of my way but it's always worth it...except today. I got there, I waited in line & they not only didn't have my order but they had replaced the PHK with Jager. I enjoy Hager as a drink but I've never smoked the weed version & wanted what I knew would work. I also would've appreciated a 'heads. up' instead of a message that my order was ready. The young woman behind the counter seemed to think that I changed the order which, I assured her that I did not. Normally, I'd not have written a poor review but I really needed help today & this cost me time & shopping around to get what I know works for me.
