“Ok so I've praised this place allot. So much so that I've posted about it to my 250,000 followers on Twitter, but this last visit left such a bad impression on me that I doubt I'll ever come back... I hope that mgmt or owner reads these an attempts to retrain their staff. Mainly the guy with the huge hair dew and colorful hats, who tried to put others past me who came in after me who where NOT ommp, and how he gave me the wrong strain. I came in asking for bermese kush I said it right away I wanted an 8th of it and then asked for an 8th of bubba, I travel from deep deep Gresham via public transit to come here and between my wife and myself we've been here over 20 times. I go home, look at my jars and I got g13 and bubba, so the strain I asked for walking in, and repeated 5x I didn't get, the g13 was good, but it wasn't what I wanted, I didn't ask for it at all.. I'm not trying to be picky ect. But if this wasnt a big deal why don't they use human hands to touch the bud, why is there multiple strains to choose from? These are flowers so everyone isn't going to like the same thing everyone else likes.. I don't know if I'll ever come back again I called up also that second I noticed and asked to speak to someone, guess who picked up? The dude who gave me the wrong thing, ignored me, and tried to put unfairly put someone before me. He told me I could travel back and they'd switch it out, told him it's a huge trip for me and he said he'd put a note on my account and get me a gram for the mistake, then he said well we can't give away free weed or nothing so I don't know just come back in. So he wants me to come back in to buy more weed???? So I can get what I didn't ask for? A cheaper strain that wasn't up to par of their bermese??? No thank you...... I've never had an issue here before At all nor has my wife or friends but ever since this happened I can't stop talking about it so hopefully this review not only helps the mgmt take care of future issues like this before it happens but helps me try to get over it . I just consider the fact that there is a weed shop at every corner, this guy shouldn't act like his shit don't stink and get away with every mistake he does . Esp in a medical/recreational setting like this. If I was to go to a bar and ask for whisky and got dry gin I'd be just as upset, even more so if I was treated this way.

We would never intentionally try to inconvenience you. Hopefully you give us another shot. We try our best to prove excellent customer service, the highest quality, at the best prices.

“Parked right in front and was greeted as soon as I walked into the lobby. Sign-in was quick and painless and was given a "shopping list" to use which was really a fantastic idea. Very welcoming back room with a great selection of product and great prices as well. Staff was extremely friendly and able to answer all of my questions about both clones and flowers. Picked up some Blue Dream and was REALLY happy with the resulting afternoon after trying it out. The clone supply was a little low today but was told that was unusual and they would know the first of the week when new clones would be on the shelf. Overall just a great experience and I will definitely be back!”
