“The employees were very nice and I was digging the atmosphere. I went in this morning and picked up their "special" which was $20 eighths. so I bought an eighth of Willy's wonder and an eighth of platform shoe. They both smelled and looked decent for the price. But when I got home and actually smoked it, all I can taste is mildew. I will not be going back, which sucks because the employees were pretty cool.”
I'm really sorry to hear that the flower didn't taste good. We really make a point to have quality flowers. While the Willy's and Platform Shoe are our budget strains, we still believe that they are very good quality. We recently put a Blackberry Kush on the shelves for $20 an eighth that you should check out- people have been loving it. You wrote that you won't be coming back, but hopefully you decide to give us another chance.
“Unfortunately staff underweighed the green we bought. Never had that happen before.
Staff was not entirely aware of what products they carry. I really count on the staff knowing their stuff so I can learn and choose the right medicine.
Don't like it when I am asking questions, and a staff member lets another customer interrupt us. Also, I don't like being treated as though I am irritating because I want to ask questions or they are busy. I am a customer too.
Really need to add chairs for patients that can't stand for long periods of time.”
I'm sorry to read that your experience at Puddletown was less than ideal. We really strive to be the best shop around, so we take these reviews seriously. We will take your suggestion for chairs in the customer area.
Thanks for the review. We definitely aim to please. I'm not sure how to respond to the issue of weighing things out though... We are required by law to keep tight track of our inventory, which means we cannot be overly liberal with "heavy" sacks, nor are we allowed to give free flower away. So please know that we do love our patients and love to hook it up, but we also have to follow the rules of the law and make sure that we aren't losing money! I hope this doesn't come across as us being stingy... We really are here for the medical and rec users and want to make sure we are here for a long time!
“Being a transgender woman, walking into businesses is always a stressful event no matter what.. Not here. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a happy face and not even questioned or looked at twice.. They even put a preferred name into their system (which they address me as, instead of my legal name)
Customer service, professionalism, and product is top notch
All of the employees were kind, knowledgable about the products, and often times had even sampled the products themselves! I've never had a hard time finding a strain to go home with and enjoy. :)”

“After spending 45 minutes waiting in lobby while being told it would only be a 15 minute wait, I have come to the conclusion there are too many other stores that wont expect me to sit in their lobby waiting for an excessive amount of time so I will be shopping with them in the future not puddletown.”
First off, let me sincerely apologize for the long wait. That is unacceptable and I have talked with my staff. We were indeed busy this weekend with some wait times approaching 35 minutes from time of check in to time of sale, but there were no visits that exceeded that amount of time. Please know that we are staffing the store so that nobody has to wait longer than 10 minutes.
I want to assure you that if you give us another chance your wait time will not be nearly as long, and we will give you the personalized attention and service that we do for all of our clients. We want to earn a five star review from you- we know the quality of our flower is outstanding, and while we have a non-traditional look to our store, we feel that the atmosphere definitely warrants more than a single star. So please know that we respect and value our customers time and want to show you why we are one of the more popular shops in the neighborhood.
“I don't know if what i heard is true or not but i heard that if you are a card holder you are SUPPOSED to be treated with priority. I've visited a few dispensaries and they always attend us card holders before recreational clients. It's really disrespectful to me and to my poor loved one who sits at home with Cancer symptons waiting for her medication while people recreationally buying get attended first, making it so that the lines are much longer! What would the point of us paying for our medical card and renewing it be if we could come in as recreational patients and wait in line as long as those who REALLY, TRUELY, need it?
You guys need to value your true patients and make a sytem like every other place and allow the card holders to go before recreational patients.
Please fix this, asap.
