“The flower here is really good and really pretty looking. But my only complaint is the flower comes out dry a lot. Only bad thing about have prepackaged medicine. You never know how long is been packaged ”
“love the early hours of operation, but opening at 7 a.m. may have taken a toll on the budtenders. only friendly staff member there was Lauren, who greeted me with a smile and friendly good morning. came to exchange a broken battery and was told "well they didn't teach me returns so your going to have to wait." then she tells me "i was out of the warranty window and if have to buy another one because their pens are cheap." I asked her how much for a new one and she said "they are free with 2 cartridge or $5" so I said "oh well let's just buy another one for $5, then she tells me they are $5 with with one cartridge or $15 without purchase. I told her "that's a bummer, and I guess I drove 30 minutes for nothing." she just said "yup, well maybe you should have called first.".... touche budtender, touche.
maybe don't call your products crap, even if they are. stand behind your crap product, and try learning the word sorry. I'll never have to worry about wasting my gas driving there anymore at least. ”
