Fantastic first experience. Like an Apple Store (with man traps); extremely attentive staff, an amazing budtender who walked me through everything I could think to ask or look for, great sales and comparable prices. This is definitely be my go-to dispensary from now on.

Excellent service and excellent product and variety.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries. I visit often because it is about 5 minutes from my job. The menu is extensive and has a good variety of strains from some of the best growers in Maryland. The prices aren't the cheapest in town, but they often run specials on some of the best cultivars from the best growers like gLeaf. Finally, The atmosphere is one of the best and the parking isn't as crowded as many dispensaries. My budtender today was Rachael. She was helpful, nice, and always showed her pretty smile. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Remedy is one of the best dispensaries in the state. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have to travel about 30 miles to get here but definitely worth the trip. You'll be glad you visited them, trust me on this!

The ONLY criticism I have is going there at night, I feel unsafe in the parking lot. Even with my husband. Otherwise, I love it!

I inquired about whether products are free of chemical pesticides and I could only get an evasive response that they follow Maryland law. Well, Maryland does unfortunately allow the use of certain pesticides and I could not get a straight answer that their products are 100% pesticide free. I’m looking for a healing product, not one that contains pesticides in any shape or form.

This location is definitely going to be my go to. The gentleman that helped me made feel welcome and listened to what is looking for as well as suggested without making me feel I had no opinion. He was very knowledgeable and recommended things I made need in future purchases. Never any pressure like other locations. This definitely a place to feel comfortable and welcoming at.

These people are cool and knowledgeable. No weird judgemental vibes as users say they experience at some other places. I encourage them to keep up the good work and add more sativas!

The atmosphere is very nice and organized at Remedy Colombia. Ther wait times are 99% extremely fast from my personal experience. Excellent customer service and extremely helpful and knowledgable staff. No uncomfortable feelings here. The staff and customers make you feel right at home with no awkward experiences. Would highly recommend this location!

Great curb side service fast and friendly workers

Nice atmosphere and quick service which is nice when chemotherapy nausea is in full force.

I called about a price that I saw in one of their advertisements and I was told that they would honor the price until certain strain sold out. I ordered and once arrived (40+ miles) was told something totally different. In this case I would’ve given no stars but it made you give one to leave your review. I recently moved so I guess it’s time for me to look at the dispensaries in my area, customer service is everything!

I had no idea what Remedy- Columbia even had to offer before I walked in for the first time. My experience with A-rod and Alejandro and Rachael was beyond anything I could have experienced! Truly the most life changing and I can’t believe I waited this long to check it out!!!! Thank you ALL SO SO much!!! And their COVID PRECAUTIONS WERE FANTASTIC!

Where do I begin... For starters the entire Remedy staff exhibited and still exhibits what true customer service is. My first experience at remedy was very personable and now am greeted on a first name basis. One of the staff members, I believe his name is Andrew not only took the time to teach me why various strains are different but helped me find what was appropriate for me. One thing that stood out the most was when Andrew and another Remedy staff member saw me alone at a Civil march for African American awareness at the Columbian Mall, pulled me aside and said join us. It was then that I knew what family was even if I was not part of the Remedy store. I continue to look forward to seeing the entire Remedy staff especially in times like these where nothing is certain. But, one thing that I know will always be certain is that when I go to Remedy I feel; recognized and appreciated. You guys rock and in my opinion are just as much hero's as are first responders.
