I'm only giving this review mainly because it was only one review (negative) before me.
Other than the negative reviewer having the absolute worst day of their lives and taking it out on the service, atmosphere, etc. All the negative reviews the reviewer said did not add up one bit. It's quite obvious they were a disgruntled employee, miserable, etc. Other than this single DIP's review....look at the overall reviews of Joppa "Rise."
Carlos was amazing, so thoughtful so friendly. The Best customer service in along time... I 've been g to Rise befoe and Hated my experience every time only using the dispancery when it was my only option for years, But Carlos changed my mind .... I've even been back to see him.
I came in and made $100 purchase wasn’t given my 10% discount when I came back in and asked about it. I was told sorry it’s too late contacted corporate. They told me OK we have it taken care of. It’s in your account next time I come to rise they know nothing about it. I shouldn’t have to beg for the discount. You should’ve given me when I was there. It’s only $10 not customer service not to mention. It was your mistake for not giving me the discount good product the bud tenders were great not quite sure about the customer service or who made the decision on the $10 over rectifying a situation that you were responsible for …….Anthony Quinn
