  • “Gotta chime in here...I've used tollwus several times and have nothing but great things to say about each experience! They have been informative, on cue with deliveries, and best of all reachable & responsive! Their products come properly stored and have been exactly what I ordered & expected each time.. Granted some flowers are pretty than others but quality has never been compromised in my book...I research the strains I use and its been working well with these guys. They seem to be getting quite a bit of negative reviews which makes me wonder because they've been apleasure to deal with for me and not only will I cotinue to use them, but I highly recommend them as well!”

  • “I only ordered one time, and will never order from this place again. I ordered three different strains that were not even remotely considered "medical" grade cannabis. I am not a weed snob, but I definitely know my herb, and this stuff is poorly grown, lacks proper moisture content, and is not potent by any means. This place seriously needs to reconsider their business approach, or I can promise the other dispensary with more/better reviews will continue to grow, and simply put R.W.Us out of business. We are the most supportive industry as consumers, so please do all of us a favor and step up the quality. I would hate to see this happen. Just a suggestion...”

  • “this place is horrible they have no concept of time I ordered something and they told me that I would get a ETA in the morning I got a phone call saying that they would call me with an ETA soon and I never got a phone call. I called to find out when I was going to get my ETA but didn't get an answer then a couple hours later I got a call from the driver saying he was on his way from the cape and now I have been home waiting all day for an ETA when they could have given me an ETA early in the day and not have wasted my time I cancelled the order and then the driver still tried to push the order on me after about 2 hours of cancelling the order. they have no concept of customer satisfaction they need to look up the definition to that. now this is the second time I've tried to order with these people and got nowhere. I highly recommend going someplace else because this place is horrible.”

    I would like to apologize for the awful service you received. We have since hired a whole new staff and have implemented new rules for all drivers and employees as well. We are so sorry you had such a bad experience.

  • “I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If some one writes a review about how your cannabis is like commercial cannabis... Wouldn't you think the company would do something to fix it? Well I guess not just recently placed an order of Alaskan thunder fuck and ambrosia kush- both harsh tasting- buds all broken down to nothing - dry- and the description of how the buds are suppose to make you feel ? Yeah not even what they said - they definitely did not please me with the quality or the service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU WANT QUALITY CANNABIS DONT GO HERE- no wonder why they have the two oz for 500. They are trying to get rid of all their bad stuff. ”

  • “delivery went great....got a half of the OG Kush....and a half of the G13..... excited about the G13...and open to find it dry and ripped up buds...like someones left overs...weight was 14.1 so whatever......but then i opened the OG Kush....i was happy to get nice buds and it was 2 grams over...making up for the stalks that run up the bud....so....overall..... quality of the g13 is dissapointing... id ask for my money back....but id rather not have the hassle..NOW I SEE WHY IT COMES IN A SEALED BAG....the other place i ordered from...the Deadhead og was and is phenomenal!!!!!!! so yeah...trust me and...PAY THE EXTRA 20$ if you see what i am getting at. ”

  • “Dudes are nice, but man was I disappointed, first time ordering I got 3 qtrs (3 strains) 2 were on point then the other quarter didn't fit its description at all..! Felt and smelt like I was smoking commercial again and woah was that long ago so I was infuriated but didn't bother with their Stupid refund/exchange bs. And to top it off Dumbo left someone's else receipt that also mention a Exchange in it. Here's a TIP don't blaze on the job if u can't maintain good work ethics. Second to everyone out there find someone else ”

    We are sorry you were disappointed but we do have an exchange or refund policy just for this reason. You bothered to bad mouth us even though you licked out strains and service and yet didnt take part in its entirety?

  • “Delivery went somewhat smooth until i checked the bag and the wax i ordered wasnt in there. Called back while the driver was still in my driveway and both of my calls were ignored. Then tried texting as i watched the driver drive off. Got a response three hours later. Very unsatisfied”
