Might want to inform your new patients on your page there that they can't place online orders that they need to be in the system to place online orders. I mean hell, if I was running it, I would inform the patient about it. It's called good customer service which you do not have.

I did a delivery order and I'm not gonna complain on how long it took because I understand that this is not a pizza delivery service but when they call you and they don't have something and you switch it out for something they say they have and then they call back two hours later saying they don't have what you switched for... what is happening to my order and why is the communication between their own staff so shitty. I am pretty disappointed with the way this was handled if you are replacing something don't say you have it without checking that is like rule number one for any business don't say you have something if you aren't looking at it with your own eyes

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any business...they are either under staffed or run by someone who has no idea how to run a business..tried numerous times to order online and it’s a nightmare to say the least...never works...put you on hold for so long ...horrible experience just like every time I’ve tried their service ...Avoid at all cost is my advice ! Waaaaaay better dispensary options out there ! Never Again for me ...I’ve had and seen enough !

When I first went years ago they were on point with service price and knowledge of meds. Went there a while ago and flower was Trash be careful of the finessing Budtenders they will sell Trash to you and lie about the quality of it. I would think.ypu want customers to return not for them not to. Never been back been going to Jars Never disappointed it used to be Debbie's. PLEASE try Yall Always Deals and rarely go wrong with Mohave brand of flower. I don't go no where Else now.

They have a very limited selection and always the same strains, flower is terrible go elsewhere if you want good flower. Been told the last 7 weeks we are getting more selection still same each week and needs get more edibles they always out. Onky reason i come is for when i run out of bud from other places and California. Side note all aAZ marijuana sucks all need tobtake time and go to a real grower in cali who can give real flower not this dry Az low level

Thank you for canceling my order and then telling me to wait in line 45 minutes after making it. I really appreciate it. Worst first impression I've ever had of a dispensary. I would be out of my mind to think about coming back here.

Got here 9:50PM ... they CLOSE AT 11pm... Per Gary manger unless I had an online order... I can’t come in.. reminded him of his hours AND IM A MEDICAL CARD HOLDER... IN PAINNNNN WHO LIVES IN MARICOPA AN HOURRRR AWAY ... HE SAID NO... WHO WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! EVERYONE INCLUDING SECURITY WAS OUTSIDE TALKING!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! SIMPLE

bless you guys.. finally, something other than Arizona Organix and their terrible terrible products are available in the area! I heard 130pm today, here's to hoping

a 30 minute wait just to pick up an Express order is ridiculous I won't be shopping here again

Gave this place a second chance and was disappointed again. I bought 2 different strains and when I opened each they looked and smelled the same. They both smell and taste like the containers they are kept in. The taste and smell made me nauseous and still does when I go back to it (I have to because I don’t have money to just get rid of it). The budtender was not able to answer my questions about terpenes and instead told me that the “terpene experts or specialists” weren’t there at the moment. I kind of thought that he would’ve known that info. I’m not sure what else to say about this place except that I was disappointed. Good luck to everyone and have a nice day.

Last review never made it. 4/20 day at least for me was a flop. Seems to be that way with big deals. Rec users get priority and med users just gotta deal with that. Even placed online order that was never touched. Rethinking how I buy product now. Perhaps there should be a med holder day? I cannot stand in line like that for a long time. Also, allow these reviews, good or bad. My last never even got thru.

First... waiting in line, medical patients should go before recreational customers but they don’t.. they let 3 recreational go before medical or online.. Second.. once entering the back there is multiple people walking around not being helped. Took 20 mins to get helped. No greeting upon entering. Sat down for 20 mins waiting to be helped. Third.. I never been to the happy valley location only the Glendale I was getting texts from happy valley location. Went to see about the deals and they would no honor it.

this place is awful! I made online order for 420 I know they were bzy but they never let me know my order was ready, same with my husband. I placed my order at 9:30 am they said it was received then a few mind later they sent another text saying it's being worked on. this is the reason my husband stopped going there in the first place.

Mr.rent a cop was being rude asf, wasn’t doing his job. Telling me “it is what it is” when his fat ass can clearly do something about it, matter of fact it’s his job to do something about it. wants to be all high and mighty wearing a security badge. He let a guy in a wheelchair cut the line, and his excuse was that he was disabled, um well shit I thought we were all here cause we needed our medicine, so now you’re saying my medical needs aren’t as important. He could’ve waited just as the rest of us did. We’re all PATIENTS here . Get your shit together NAture

This is by far the worst dispensary in Arizona the customer service is TERRIBLE the flower is cheap because it SUCKS! Nothing on display can’t see what you purchase DO NOT GO!

They called me a few times to verify my id and because a product was out. I answered both times. Then they cancelled my delivery without notice because the driver didn’t want to go where I live. Very bad customer service, everyone I talked to seemed too medicated to offer any assistance.

If you can tolerate waiting in line for at least a half hour and waiting 2+ hours for an online order to be filled, this is an excellent place to get weed. They no longer care about speed and it shows since they discontinued giving a free preroll to anyone who waits longer than 15 minutes to be helped after check-in. They have pretty decent product but they have lost my support if i have to carve out an hour of my day to wait in line wether online order or walk-in.

When I first arrived at this dispo everything seemed alright, some of the workers knew what they were talking about but most gave the wrong strains and some even had no idea what the difference is between sativa and indica is. Honesty, I wouldn’t go here . It’s got over priced flower and rude representatives .

Prices are good for what you get, but what you save in money, you relinquish in quality of product and service. They NEVER answer their phone, so if you expect to get any help, you will have to go up there in-person and there is a possibility that they will cancel your order without contacting you and when you try to contact them for information regarding the issue, or to provide feedback, they just ignore you. Honestly, just spend the extra $10-15 and go to a better dispensary, or go to Bloom if you're on a budget. They have a pre-roll deal that rivals these guys' discounted half-ounces (12 for $50).

All 3 locations no shatter EVER. This was the go to spot when it opened. No other dispensaries in town are constantly out of stock.

Security guard makes you feel like your in jail, and was racist towards white people. Would NEVER go back to this place

Way to price yourself out of my business!! Just in time for 4/20, to raise PRICES so much, and so fast! Medical patients are once again shit on! Will not recommend, and will shop elsewhere, and stay closer to home, not worth the forty mile round trip!!

Made me wait even though I had a confirmed online order, not a new patient, & kept taking other customers with online orders that arrived & checked in AFTER I DID. With nothing but excuses, rudeness, & blame onto me even though I had Nothing To Do With It
