Story Cannabis - Hyattsville

Tanisha was my budtender today and she was fantastic. She offered me a better deal (larger quantity) on my favorite product but I buy in smaller quantities in order to limit how much I smoke. I really appreciated her advice, her friendliness and professionalism. I've never had a negative experience at Story so the ones I've read are puzzling. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror, folks!

Great customer service

Yeah it’s crazy they let cars illegally park behind the parking spots in front of the store. The manager Kayla encourages people to not let people leave in their cars and for other cars to block them in. I’ve already reported her conduct to the police and other institutions. Good luck not looking like her, I just stated how the they told the other witness and myself and the person with me different stories then they told her and got out of the car stating how they could make 1000 dollars off of this and it happens all the time and they were telling her not to alert the cops while I was stating go ahead. They didn’t even have their proper IDs. Kayla only cared about race and didn’t listen to the words I was saying even though I didn’t threaten anybody. Seems typical and shows a construct of destabilization. Terrible staff, bunch of drug addicts and racists: Don’t go there they get mad at you and complain at you for telling them people are lying. They don’t care if you’re cool with them calling the cops and the other people aren’t. It’s pretty suspicious and they defend the people lying in your face because you think it’s wild people won’t let you leave a parking lot. This place sucks.

Worst experience in Maryland, if you don’t mind rude employees, long wait even though you pre order a hour prior, and then mid weed, perfect place to go.

don't go here. selection is horrible or inaccurate. staff is not knowledgeable and only promote high priced items. security is non-existent and spend all times on the phone.

The other day I purchased my regular amount and got home and there was little to none of the product. I returned a week later and showed the management a photo of what I had purchased and they concluded I must get in touch with the manufacturer concerning the package being short. I regularly shop here but am determined never to shop there again. The staff is High and when you ask them concerning a product they themselves have tried they are a quick to give you their own personal review of the product. They are shorting the product to the public and I've been a medical cannabis user for 5 years. Bottom line, Don't shop here!

The service is easy and fast. Employees are helpful and nice. Prices are high. lol

This was my first and last stop for the second day since the first recreational day. This was by far the fastest and seamless way process. They also have great products. I will surely recommend, and will be back…💚

Owner does nothing for the people spending daily here. Loyalty points are a lie. Customer service is great and the employees. But why go here when they give no deals and loyalty points they will not give you. They don't even track your purchases
