“The customer service was the worst would never go back if they paid me to come back lady at front desk was more worried about rolling blunts then making deals and had no problem making rude comments about costumers to other costumers”
“My first visit to this place was awesome! We had two women helping us that absolutely rocked and knew their stuff as well as gave quality customer service! They made me feel very welcome and walked me through everything. So it's hard to completely bash this place BUT the second time I went I had a less than satisfactory visit.
After work I bee lined it for this place to get some pre rolled rec blunts for their awesome Bogo deal. I checked the website and it closed at 7 so I had a 15 minutes to spare! I walked in at 6:44 and was refused because they "close" at 6:45. I checked the sign in front to make sure the website was not incorrect and it also said they close at 7pm. Last time I checked 7pm means 7pm. The guy in the front was nice enough to check with the budtender to see if he could squeeze me in since I already knew what I wanted ( PRE ROLLED rec blunts). When he went back there, I could hear the guy throwing a fit, cursing, and saying how he is sick of people coming in at the last minute and he did not care how bad my day was. etc IN FRONT of other patients. Keep in mind It is still before 7pm AS ADVERTISED. Long story short I felt rushed and like my business was not valued. I was honestly blown away at the customer service I received and Sadly I will no longer be going out of my way to give the Shelter my business. ”
