I think Verdent is the Absolute BEST in town! There can b LONG wait times but you MUST strategize here if you want to save money on OHIO bud. Heck the place around the corner wants 19.95 a GRAM! Verdent, Worth the wait!

The staff was super nice! Both guys were cracking me up!! And the red-headed guy made sure to explain everything to me really well (which they didn’t do at another place I’ve been). I think I was there at an opportune time, so I didn’t have to wait very long. I was also very impressed by how thorough they were, they double checked all my products for accuracy before handing me my order. Definitely will be going back!

Do NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! If you order online and they run out you get what they give!!! This is b.s. I ordered 30.90% because the 34% sold out! Well I guess my order sold out so I was charged same price for some 26.40% that I didn't order!!! And I asked and made it clear my preorder was my main one and for them to out right lie to me!!! $75.00 to get what I thought was 30.90 it got 26.40!!!!!!!! Now I know I have to treat this place like the corner boy instead of a pharmacy!!!

Bought some expensive garlic cookies flower that tasted like some harsh chemicals and really choked me out. It’s not real labeling for the product in Ohio dispensary’s and I mean all of them. The percentage of cannabinoids and what they are naming there products is a total shame. Don’t waste ur time or money

Friendly staff, location is convenient. it is a very small shop, and at times the lines are outrageous. That being said - selection is always good, prices typical (absurd, but hey that's the Ohio program), and I've always been happy with my purchases. I actually have had to exchange two cartridges because one started leaking and the other had a bad coil. The staff was completely understanding and was able to offer a replacement with no issue. FWIW, save your packaging and receipt until your cartridge is empty, just in case you need to exchange. aside from how ridiculous the Ohio program is, I have zero complaints and recommend Sunnyside to others with MMJ cards.

I never had any problem with going to this dispensary. I don’t understand some of the bad reviews, they seem really picky like they don’t really need to go to a dispensary or be smoking anyway if they’re that clueless. I like the customer service and product every time I go.

The entire staff sucks there new policy make no sense why have 20 people waiting. Then there is no order I waited 20 minutes 2 people went ahead of me that came after me, then they walk and tell me they don’t have what I ordered

This was my first visit, and I was disappointed at first, as there were tons of people there. However, I did go during high traffic hours, and they moved the line along well despite it. They have some excellent products for every budget, along with good sales on the corresponding day(s). The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time there, but I noticed a whole lot of first name basis interactions between staff and customers despite the large number of customers in at the time. They've gained another happy customer, and I will definitely be returning.

I love coming here. They are always looking to make sure you have everything you need & they always have a deal. Because of the deals there may be a short wait but they have a lot more indoor waiting space since opening the newer section. Newer sections are bright & clean. I had spoke to a wonderful & kind Katie(Katherine) before about starting something new & she made me feel super confident in my purchase.

There is always a line, but it moves pretty quickly. The staff is usually incredibly friendly and offer me recommendations for things I might like based on my order. They typically have a solid selection of vape cartridges and flower (usually cheaper than the other local competitors, too). I've been to 3 different Cincinnati-area dispensaries and Sunnyside is by far my top choice.

I was a bit skeptic because a lot of the reviews made it seem like this was not the place to go, but I ABSOLUTELY adore Verdant! this is my favorite dispensary in town by far. they have the very beat prices in town. i have met a different staff member every time I've been and every single time they have been so friendly and helpful! the wait isn't bad if you try to show up when they open. I've gone in the middle of the day on the weekend and didn't have to wait more than an hour (I've waited longer at the pharmacy filling a normal prescription with no one ahead of me) and once it was my turn they got me in and out in pretty good time. Security is super friendly which is so nice! i can't say enough good about this place.

A little far from me but great staff and offer military discounts. I will be back because of the experience. Staff very knowledgeable.
