Sunnyside Recreational & Medical Marijuana Dispensary - Cincinnati

I was a bit skeptic because a lot of the reviews made it seem like this was not the place to go, but I ABSOLUTELY adore Verdant! this is my favorite dispensary in town by far. they have the very beat prices in town. i have met a different staff member every time I've been and every single time they have been so friendly and helpful! the wait isn't bad if you try to show up when they open. I've gone in the middle of the day on the weekend and didn't have to wait more than an hour (I've waited longer at the pharmacy filling a normal prescription with no one ahead of me) and once it was my turn they got me in and out in pretty good time. Security is super friendly which is so nice! i can't say enough good about this place.

This is my go to dispensary, they are fast, friendly, and provide plenty of deals and options! They are conveniently located off the highway! Katie provided so much knowledge about products I didn't know about and was so helpful when recommending certain things! She is the BEST!! Also Lore was great! Super friendly and very efficient at her job! Thank you Ladies for all your help you provided!!

WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR MEDICAL PATIENTS! You have almost doubled prices on some products & the rest you have jacked up astronomically! Medical patients always HATE to see rec come for these reasons, you fall back to money money money and that’s it! Shame on you!

Great location and a very comprehensive selection of products. The staff are extremely friendly, almost too friendly sometimes as they get chatty and it makes the wait longer, but I would rather that then rude staff. When it gets busy the parking lot is small so I would try and go first thing when they open.

First time here today and the service was awesome, fast, and easy! The staff were helpful and I tried a strain that I ended up loving and did exactly what I was looking for!

The staff was super nice! Both guys were cracking me up!! And the red-headed guy made sure to explain everything to me really well (which they didn’t do at another place I’ve been). I think I was there at an opportune time, so I didn’t have to wait very long. I was also very impressed by how thorough they were, they double checked all my products for accuracy before handing me my order. Definitely will be going back!

I never had any problem with going to this dispensary. I don’t understand some of the bad reviews, they seem really picky like they don’t really need to go to a dispensary or be smoking anyway if they’re that clueless. I like the customer service and product every time I go.

Friendly staff, location is convenient. it is a very small shop, and at times the lines are outrageous. That being said - selection is always good, prices typical (absurd, but hey that's the Ohio program), and I've always been happy with my purchases. I actually have had to exchange two cartridges because one started leaking and the other had a bad coil. The staff was completely understanding and was able to offer a replacement with no issue. FWIW, save your packaging and receipt until your cartridge is empty, just in case you need to exchange. aside from how ridiculous the Ohio program is, I have zero complaints and recommend Sunnyside to others with MMJ cards.

Never go here, overpriced product is terrible, service is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. They respond back to all the low reviews with an automated message. They don’t care. I feel for those who don’t come from legal areas that thing this is legit
