Great place! Not far from home, which I love and great staff, specifically Anthony who’s helped me quite a few times now. He seems to really know what products he’s selling and I’ve never left unhappy or dissatisfied. Awesome place overall!

Please fix/switch ATM vendors or use the system MedMen does to accept credit cards. They're both so often out of order, I've missed out on sales where I would have stocked up & was really put out when I ran out of a certain products I use medicinally. I do appreciate the investment made into the website (where you order) & the frequent deals on Cresco!

Im very happy with the service that lady who helped me. She deserves a raise for helping me with my purchase. I’ll definitely make you my preferred spot to shop!! Love you guys

If they have sales and two employees it’s an entire afternoon in line. Was the best place, now never again

There was a glitch with my rewards points today, which I understand but I wasn’t able to use any of the points I racked up by buying mad shit at all! Not only was this immensely irritating but the cashiers and check in person were complete A-Holes about the situation and offered very little explanation! Will not be shopping at sunny side anymore! There’s better options anyways.

Convenient location for me and the staff is great. My only complaint is that they haven't had Funky Monkey Cookies pre-rolls since my first visit. Otherwise it's an excellent place.

The website is super easy to use. Orders are ready quickly. Staff is friendly.

Been going here 2-3 times a week since it opened. They wouldn’t let me in today because my license was expired and my temporary license wouldn’t scan. The two gentleman were no help and suggested I go to the library to print one out. Pretty sure they have a printer on site and could’ve helped me out. After all the money I spent here to not even print a sheet of paper for me… don’t see myself ever going back. Earthmed is farther away but the people are nicer and way more helpful.

Older white guy cashier purposely small talks you to death in order to short your change. Buyer beware !

There is nothing to dislike about this dispensary. The staff is extremely courteous and always willing to answer any questions you may have. I recommend this place to all my friends

10/10 Nice open space, very friendly, and great selection. Everyone working was cool and professional, you'll be in good hands here. Covid safety guidelines are well in place here, and there is enough room to social distance. Make sure to wear your mask. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing but kind words and positive things to write about Sunnyside in Elmwood Park. Customer service is paramount. Selection is a close second. Their policy of not accepting tips in lieu of paying employees fair wages is the catalyst for this review. I’m not a “reviewer”, but I wanted a way to express my gratitude for the service they provide. It would take a lot to get me to patronize other dispensaries before visiting here first.

Very fast service and extremely friendly staff. Order was ready for me instantly and Amanda was awesome enough to let me know about all the deals they had going on. Best dispensary I’ve visited in the Chicago area by far.

First, I’d like to thank the manager or whoever was in charge today for helping me after receiving the wrong product since they dont let you exchange or return products after leaving the store But he was kind enough to let me keep the wrong product and also gave me the product I originally ordered. Thank you once again. And i love the selection they have to order. Yes, sometimes they are low on products But waiting a day isnt too bad once they update their website.

The service here is as fast as can be. Every time I have been in here i'm in and out within 5 or 10 minutes. On top of that all of the staff are very friendly. When I went in today, the nice fella at the counter named Kevin even threw in a free Cresco lanyard with my order. There isn't any other place I would go to get my ganja given the quality of service and the relative close distance from my home.

The atmosphere in this SunnySide location is my favorite. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The online ordering and in store pick up is always quick and easy. Plus, they have a parking lot. I just wish they had the same amount of product as the other SunnySide locations.
