Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Washington

One of my favorite dispensaries around the Pittsburgh area. The atmosphere has always been positive and chill. Never had a problem with any of the products; I've purchased mostly Creso RSO, Grassroots RSO, Creso LLR vapes, and Supply vapes.

I bought two $100 Select bricks from this store, used the first one, found out the second one wouldn't charge, but your store closes at 6 p.m., so I didn't get to return it until Sept. 27. I bought it August 28. The store manager - the guy with the curly hair - said there were plenty of problems with the device, but if I emailed Curaleaf, they would notify him so he could help me with a credit, return, whatever. Curaleaf won't help. And the woman who answered the phone and said she didn't work for Curaleaf and couldn't tell me why they wouldn't help was just rude. You all sell defective, expensive products and refuse to help when they don't work. I will not shop here or recommend this place to anyone.

1st visit positive. 2nd visit didn't recieve same kindness from staff but was a holiday so chalked it off to that. 3rd visit went to pick up online order at 6:02 and was refused pickup as store closed at 6 and customers were still in the store. Thought turning business away for being 2 min late was a little odd when the surrounding dispensaries don't share the same business practice, but to each their own I guess.

Every time I walk into this place it is great vibes and overall a friendly place. Keyshawn is always one of the first guys I see an always ready to answer any questions I have. Looking forward to coming back.
