If there were not any dispensaries that appeared on the site for your address it's possible you may be out of the delivery radius. Hi there, so very sorry to hear of your not so pleasant experience with us and the lack of communication all around. On occasion dispensaries may experience a high volume of orders which can result in delayed delivery times. Typically if this happens they reach out to patients to let them know of any longer wait times, although it doesn't look like that was the case here. We have been working more closely with our partnering dispensaries as of lately to ensure that they can maintain proper (and correct) communication with patients, making sure they are staying appropriately staffed as well as being able to facilitate deliveries in a timely manner, even during times of high volume.
