“This used to be my go to spot. Until I started being helped by this short guy with a little gray spot in his hair. At first, I just thought he was inept because he messing up my order and kept forgetting to put my papers or free candies/lollipop in the bag. After the fifth time, I'm done! I shouldn't have to triple check, reconfirm and repeat myself every time I come in. Imagine getting home with the wrong bud and no papers to roll it in after a long day of work. The situation had even caused me to wonder if he "forgets" the free candies, or is stealing them.
I used to love going to Swells, but it seems like every time I go, I get this guy. For the past month, I've found a spot on Bell Road and they get it right every time.

I am so sorry! You are completely correct this is unacceptable! Management was completely unaware you were experiencing problems with Josh. We have spoken to Josh and we are providing him with more training so this does not happen again in the future.
