“Super disappointment in quality of herb for the prices. The prices are too high anyways let alone for how bad most of the bud was. I got big smooth and it looked amazing in the jar but the bud came in a ore weighed can. But smelled and looked nothing like it did in the display. Will not come back here unless I was compensated ”

Unfortunately we are not the cultivators of the strain Big Smooth & can only guaranteed the quality of the Craft Cannabis strains coming directly from our own cultivation. We strive to source the freshest product from our outside cultivators and give them any negative feedback that we receive from our guests. The guy behind the counter-didn't give name, long dark hair & a beard wasn't helpful at all! Didn't know anything about the products. Kept looking around the store-completely ignoring our questions about the medical products-we were there for help with a medical condition. He was more interested in helping women that were there to party. We spent over $100 on products that were not worth the money, they didn't give us any gifts w/purchase or specials. The parking lot had a dj & band-very loud & crowded. Very disappointed with this place. Our doctor recommended it-he won't be recommending it again! ”
I apologize that your visit was a disappointment. We work hard to educate all of our concierges on all of our products, so to hear that you did not get the answers that you were seeking from our staff is heartbreaking. I will definitely make sure to discuss this situation with your concierge so that no other guest will be left feeling ignored. We do have events outside of the dispensary from time to time, but I promise that it is not always as loud and energetic out front.
