“While I've usually had no problems with this place, if you buy a defective product, you're on your own. Bought a disposable vape pen for 40 dollars, did NOT get much use out of it and the battery died. With 90% of the extract still inside.
When I called to say something, I was offered an insincere apology, and told that the BEST they could do for this defective product is a 10 dollar discount. No offer to truly make things right. While I realize that refunds are not usually a thing in this industry, I would have hoped that a defective product would warrant a replacement, and instead of the consumer having to deal with the problem, they'd make things right first and take any issues up with their distributor.”
