The Botanist - Williamstown (Adult Use)

Purchased a 2mg Legend Vape there yesterday and got home and there was no label on it at all. It's not getting me stoned. Tried resolving it with the manager but he couldn't care less. Spent thousands of dollars there but will not go back if it's not resolved soon. Poor customer service

With extremely overpriced products it is the worst!! The Botanist even robbed us of our 20% government assistance discount! Now it's a lousy 15%! To top it all off the Botanist is so greedy that they refuse to accept medical patent discounts on their $70.00/8th Superflux Flower Strains! The Botanist is simply torturing people with their Godless High Prices! Most of the budtenders are rude, don't like answering questions, have a negative attitude and demeanor that makes one think, is this the type of people they hire and why? Desperate for literally a body to stand there miserably? I will definitely be leaving the Botanist immediately to a Dispensary with helping friendly employees, far better selection of products and potency, and to spread the negative operating systems in place at the Botanist! Thanks for relentless stress and depression while at your Store!

I started visiting the Botanist in Williamstown due to somewhat lower prices/better deals for medical patients and because they’re less “boutique-y” than the Cannabist in Vineland. Please be advised, if you decide to purchase from this dispensary as a medical patient, you will encounter the following… -a stale/pharmaceutical-type environment with a barrage of strict guidelines. -medical consumers are treated inhumane by Botanist budtenders, security personnel, and most importantly, their condescending manager who is unaware of an insecurity that comes across as a power-trip complex -budtenders incorrectly input allotment totals -online orders for both medical and recreational are not responded to within a reasonable time frame -if there are any changes to your online order, you will NOT find out until you arrive to pick up your order -the Botanist Williamstown is low vibe, SO if you are in the South Jersey area, do yourself a favor and visit the Cannabist in Vineland. They are sooo friendly, accommodating and MOST OF ALL…KNOWLEDGEABLE in the field of cannabis. They also carry Botanist bud if you have that preference. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Customers and workers are all very friendly, quick and efficient service. I do wish they had more emphasis on wax as the selections haven’t changed since they introduced sale.
