“Selection is average. Been in a few times. Staff is pretty sales-oriented and less oriented on the product or customers than other shops. They like to "correct" people a lot with inaccurate info. I've never been talked down to by so many young people who can't even tell me what CBD is (one guy there told me it "did nothing".) Last time I was there, it took the guy 25 minutes after I ordered to weigh out 2 grams.”
“Terrible. I had been going here regularly but never will again. I called ahead to ask what time was the cut off to come in and purchase marijuana. I was told that they took people right up until closing at 10pm. So I drive 20 minutes, get there at 9:55pm where I am handed a business card and told they would not serve me because it was too late. So I am a regular customer in a business that is still open and was told they would not sell to me because the process would would take them past closing. Even when I told them someone on the phone informed me I could come in at that time. His response to which was "We are in the process of changing that policy" Okay, so here is some free customer service advice, this is where you say "Welcome to The Green Planet, we are changing our closing policy so in the future, here is the time you need to arrive by in order to make a purchase, now what can I do for you?" Also, he wouldn't even tell me what time I needed to be there by!!! So what are people supposed to do? Guess if they can come by? Call ahead every single time and ask? Ridiculous.
Lastly, their Pre-Rolls are loose and burn unevenly. The bud tenders in the back are awesome, helpful and knowledgeable.”

“It is not always the case that medical patients are taken back before the recs. of course I didn't know how long they were waiting so I'm not terribly peeved about it. But I will if I have to wait any longer. The wait area itself is in the vape shop. Parking is still crowded. If you take public transportation, you'll want to bear in mind that the #58 comes every half hour. You check-in with the person guarding the door. your number is called, you walk into one of two doors. The budtenders are nice. I guess one room is rec only which makes its pretty efficient. Menu prices online are the same in the store so that is appreciated. All in a, a good second visit. Oh! The Lavender Kush clone I purchased about a month ago is doing amazing There seemed do be a newer and bigger selection of clones at this visit. All reasonably priced. ”

“This was spot was not my favorite location. This was actually the first dispensary I went that I did not like. I ask the bud tender what the parent strains were for their "rainbow", she didn't know and said "they were still trying to figure it out. I ended up buying some of the "rainbow" and the "pink kush". The pink kush smelled and tasted like a Mexican chile mango sucker which is not a chracteristic of any kush I've ever had in my life.It wasn't any good if you ask me.The Rainbow was a little bit better qaulity but for the price I was really underwhelmed. I'm going to be honest the location sucked mainly because of the horrible parking lot. The bud was sub par in my book. And the service was just ok. I definitely will not be returning to this place”
