“I've been here a few times now, and each time has been a relaxed, fun visit. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. Parking is a little awkward in the small lot out front, but I've always found a spot.”

“I have ben stopping by a couple of times a week since the end of prohibition. I really enjoy all of the people who work there. Crystal is definitely a charmer. I think that I might have lost money on my previous visit and everyone has tried to help out. How wonderful that they care so much for their clientele. Will I be back, for sure. See y'all soon.”
“Pros: the budtenders I have had, one in particular, have been very knowledgable and helpful. Even though I am considered "recreational" I was there for medical reasons and the guys in the back steered me to the perfect strains for what I needed. I have read several complaints about having to wait and go into the back room that looks and "feels" like a pharmacy, but I think this is actually a positive. It takes away the stress of having to hurry up and make a purchase because someone behind you is impatient. If they remodel or move to a bigger space I hope they keep the back room pharmacy.
The cons: Parking and the bldg. needs a facelift.

“This is by far one of my favorite places to acquire my medical products, but recently I have had a series of service errors (uncharged ipod, down internet service) which are starting to effect how I feel toward this location.
I have always had great service from the staff, and there is always a surplus of items to choose from. However the last couple of times I have been in I was unable to (or had to wait significantly longer than) complete my purchase because of the above mentioned errors.
Today 10/22/15 I came in to buy I small amount of concentrate. Again there was a system error so I had to wait for them to correct the mistake. I was given a pre-roll for the inconvenience and told that it would not take more than a minute to fix. Well the minute passed and still no solution. I was then instructed by one of the staff members that I could go across the street and withdraw money from Plaid Pantry if I wanted to expedite the process. Most non-bank ATM's charge a service fee, and then the bank applies its own fee, so this was not an option I wanted to pursue. I was offered %10 off for the inconvenience, but since my purchase was small the amount I would have to pay in service fees did not equal the amount saved by %10. So, since no other alternatives were offered I decided to leave upset, with no medical product, and even had the free "inconvenience" pre-roll taken from me....
My suggestion: If your facility is unable to accommodate credit/debit cards as it advertises then maybe your store should divert to cash only.
This will not be my last visit, but if these type of occurrences continue I will seek medication from more reliable establishments.”
