“I have been a member for 2 1/2 years. They put a big sign in the lobby late last year. It listed all these reasons why MMJ patients should renew their cards in spite of the rec. legalization. In January it became legal and the Green Solution has shown itself to care about profits instead of patients. They ran out of medical flower the first week. They still had plenty of recreational for sale.Then claimed that they couldn't give medical patients the recreational marijuana unless we wanted to pay that price. They have increased their prices on the medical overnight. They are limiting the amounts that medical patients can buy to 1/2 Oz a day. I get it...its an agricultural thing. I call bullshit on that BTW. They built a marijuana empire and 6 of those plants that helped accomplish that have my name on them. They used their medical patients and now they are abandoning them. They should be ashamed of themselves for EVER calling themselves an advocate or a compassionate caregiver. They are a for-profit business and that is their only interest. I may renew my license, but I really have to seriously consider if I want Green Solution to remain my caregiver. Unless they improve their business practices and put their medical patients first, I will be looking for a new caregiver. My advice to TGS: Don't get too big for your britches. In 6 months when all the home growers harvest, your inflated prices, ego and unapologetic indifference will push marijuana sales right back to the black market. ”
“I have been a member for 3 or 4 years. I use to love the products, the people were friendly and organized. Since they went recreational, the service sucks, unprofessional, don't care about their patients, and they never have any product. Call ahead orders are even a joke. You're on hold forever or can't get through at all. I was put on hold for over 30 min and they said my call can't go through because the amount of calls. The layout is bad now. I would never recommend this place and I am definitely switching. They lost a good customer who spent a lot.”
