“My family and I have been going to THC since before rec when we had our cards and since expired, so since my personal household has been stuck on the rec side. with that being said i absolutely love pretty much everything about THC. BEYOND amazing customer service from most of the employees, great quality in their products, and reliability!!!! If you go in for long enough everyone will know you by name and generally what strains or products you tend to go for. I can tell them what I need from my medicine and they haven't steered me wrong yet. Any problems I've had with flower, joints, pricing, ect after I call and/or come in they have ALWAYS fixed it!!!! Even gave me the wrong topical one time and they let me exchange it. Communication is key if you ever have an issue call or go in they have never refused to fix a problem my family has had there (and I have 10+ friends and family that go regularly) None of us have ever had any major issues on either the rec or med side. My only issue and I've told all the budtenders this that I don't like 2 different $11gs with two different prices for the 8th. it's weird. no one else does it. It's literally my only complaint!!!!! Otherwise, spend your money here. Support the local community!!!!”
