“I like the location and I usually like the service, but today was too much. The service is hit an miss and I've had two bad service visits at this location.
They usually take your information at the door and when you go back to the sales room they call your name in order. It was very crowded for some reason this Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016. There were three people ahead of me when I noticed the budtender talking to someone who came in after me. They were talking for several minutes while everyone else waited. I tired of the rudeness and I approached the budtender in front of the customer. I told her, "He's out of turn." She said, somewhat sympathetically, "I know." About a minute later she broke out the bud to measure it for him. At that, I left the store.
I cannot recommend this place with that kind of crappy service. They may have lost me permanently after today.”
