Tried there online ordering process and it duplicated something i didn’t notice it as the guy was reading it in the parking lot and they say it’s my fault and won’t do anything for me as the weed left the store I called from the parking lot they didn’t answer until the third time after I texted the the number for outside pickup! Waste of money and time they need a better process how am I suppose to hear a guy literally rushing to give me my weed with a mask on!

After full review and consideration, it appears you ordered 3.5 grams of Rude Boi instead of Tres Star. During pickup your order was read to you for review and you agreed that it was correct. Upon reception of your ordered items you left the property. To be clear, we ask our employees to wear the masks because of the global pandemic that's currently threatening people's lives. We find that the vast majority of our fantastic customers appreciate the consideration for them being alive, even if the safety and sanitation measures are not the most convenient. After leaving the property you discovered that you had received something outside your expectations and called the store. Being our peak hours, all employees were assisting other customers. We're not in support of the idea that when the phone rings an employee who's actively assisting a customer should tell that customer to just wait while they take a phone call. Although the order was verified as being placed for 3.5g Rude Boi, 3.5g Grapefruit, 7g Rude Boi, and 7g GG4. You were offered a discount because, hey, we get it - you thought you had placed an order for one thing, then got an unintended surprise. Even if the order was correctly filled as placed, we want you to be happy. This IS weed after all! You had asked the employee why anyone would order 3.5g and 7g of the same flower. Cooking is one example, people who don't smoke but make edibles often want a specific amount of flower and extra would be a waste of product and money. Ultimately though, it's your body, your choice, and your weed. We don't judge folks for having their own weed preferences. We appreciate the variety. Deciding against the offered discount, it appears you had asked for additional recourse that would violate the law and thus we were unable to comply. Seed-to-sale is a key reason we can't just swap pot products around. WA is quite strict on following the distribution of cannabis until it is purchased. Once purchased we can't "buy it back" to be exchanged for something else. That'd technically be an illegal drug sale because you're not a licensed retail cannabis shop and we're not a 21+ year old customer unregulated by the state. It's also illegal for us to just give you the product. We understand and sympathize with the frustration making a mistake can cause, then you also have to expend extra effort to rectify that mistake.
