FYI, Niagara Herbalist took down this exact review from their Google page. That's the only reason I posted it up here.
Placed my online order at 11:45 a.m. It's now 5:40 p.m., and still no word from them on my order. I have been calling these guys all day, but nobody is picking up their phone! Nice. Real nice.
I've had to contact my credit cards issuing bank to request a stop payment & I had to send these jerks an e-mail to cancel my order! Thanks to their slow process, I lost today hanging around all day at home waiting for a text from them that never happened!
I'm very disappointed with the way my order was processed & how I was treated as a customer. The entire day?!?!?!
