I went in for a Clean cartridge and was given a cartridge in a pouch with a different brand name with a label of 4:1. When I went back to try and get what I had ordered, one of the employees rudely tells me it's the same thing as what I had ordered.
Just telling me that would have been fine, but to say it in her tone was not acceptable. If I see a different name and different label on my medicine, of course I'm going to return to your store for what I had ordered. Why did I have to get attitude for asking why it was different than what I ordered?”
