  • “It looked nice from the outside. and the menu showed some nice flavors, with good levels. But going in and getting the strand of flower with the correct level did not happen. Flower was very airy stemy and not very flavorful. Was actually very disappointed in the bud tenderand his service as well. very hurried. will not be going back. ”

  • “I went in knowing what strains I wanted. the first strain was clementine, tasted good except for all the snap crackle pop. i expect more from a place that's so busy, more seeds than weed.14. per g plus tax for outdoor...lame. cherry pie was good...also 14 for outdoor. banner was good. service was great! good job whom ever you were. ”

  • “Great place to purchase quality product! Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel! Her knowledge and customer service is second to none! I typically stop by during the day on Friday's and visit frequently. Although the other budtenders have been friendly and knowledgeable as well, Rachel just went the extra mile. She made me feel welcome and safe.. I don't always know exactly the correct questions to ask, however Rachel didn't make me feel stupid about it. Not my first visit and certainly not my last! ”

  • “I went here on 06/23 to get the daily deal of buy a gram and get a free pre-roll. I knew I could not use my veteran's discount on the purchase. I asked if I could buy another gram of the same strain and get the discount on it. Rachael (a very nice budtender and she deserves 5 stars for service) said sure but she could not figure out how to ring it up. I suggested ring it up as 2 different purchases. She went to check with the lead person (a guy with beard and glasses) and he came back and told me no it was against company policy. I asked if I could buy a different strain at that level and he said no and tried to upsell me. I told him no thanks and Rachael rang up my order and apologized (she did include a review slip and suggested I try a different location. I did go to that location on Terwilliger (I was already going there and had no trouble doing it and the lead person showed the budtender how to ring as one sale. I then went to the Sandy location and no problem doing it as I suggested. I went to the companies website and commented on my experience. I did hear back from Jeremy Pratt and he apologized also and said that it was not the company's policy. I would suggest demoting the lead person with poor customer skills and give him some training by someone like Rachael who understands what it means to serve the customers.”
