“Nectar used to be amazing. Lately, the quality of their product has gone down, and the quality of their customer service and business ethics has completely tanked.
Most of the time when you go in, there is a long line. Don't give me the excuse of being busy. If you are always this busy, then hire more budtenders.. you can afford it. The line wouldn't be an issue, except you are cramped into a tiny hallway with 10 other people who may or not have showered this week. This tiny hallway is also the exit, I may add.
The budtenders are usually nice, but seem increasingly uninformed about the industry and their products. I've called in twice now and been told they have PLENTY of product left in stock, only to drive 35 miles to be told in person they have been out for days.
They used to have very consistant sales. I choose this location because of the variety and prices. Lately, the deals have been increasingly useless. As an example, their deal today is a 80$ gram of concentrates on sale for 50$. I don't think your average customer is coming into the store looking for 80$ dabs. That isn't a "shatterday deal"
Icing on the cake that will certainly prevent me from returning: I got a flat from a massive glass shard in their parking lot (a pile of gravel behind a strip club).
The management here needs to take serious steps to fix these gaping issues, as Nectar is easily the biggest and most influencial name in Oregon's cannabis industry. If you set these bad habbits now, you will give dispensaries a trashy reputation and we will LOSE our cannabis laws to anti-drug lobbiests.”
