Sorry that you feel that way I personally email our member's relation & customer service just now and your concerns will be the first focus tomorrow morning. Some current changes we have done to address your issue is opening times & date we have in past had member only days being Tuesday & Wednesday but that a thing in past. Also as a company, we started family times our customer service rep would answer phone and emails even at 12 am, so we started as a company when your off and or business is closed don't answer phone calls unless its product related issue. So maybe this is the issue. However even when calling when closed we will respond within 24hours. If you need help asap please reach out to Nivens. Additionally, our site is login protected so you have to be a member to order.This is a little out of my control but it is a safety and legal feature for members and public as we don't want people underage using site. Plus we want our site to be a community for our members. Additionally, our consumers are always our focus and priority. They have made us push harder and strive for better not complacency. We take feedback both good and bad and improve our services, pricing, product offerings and the overall company. We are grateful for you and anyone that has ordered from us and we never want you or anyone to feel undervalued.
