“Courtney is the one who helped me and was too busy to care about helping me to pitch the go here and fill out a review, Kat who is also someone who has helped me who wasn't busy made sure to make sure I knew to go fill out a review. Carla was the first to ever help me, and coming from Euphoria wellness this was such a nice attitude,energy,and customer service experience until this changes I will not go anywhere else even to get (free new patient stuff), since they actually care from what I can see (from the door opener to the ID checker who cares about what kinda smoothie I make to help myself in the morning to the people taking orders to the very nice human beings that take my money), providing seminars, education on all fronts. Christopher is also someone else who has helped me very much so. ( in tears thinking about the Customer service these human beings have provided to me)
When you walk in you see smiling faces, you will not wait at the door, the selection is varied, the varieties of how to administer our medicine is a little overwhelming, <--- only down side didn't notice it till now. The humans that are helping you decide on what to get haven't seen one that doesn't know what they are talking about yet. The prices are amazing, the deals are better.
When I first got here Carla helped me find what I needed and saw that I was 2 dollars and 11 cents short, she smiled and said its on us, next visit paid back the tax that I owed. after very many visits, it was inevitable someone would go wrong, I got some prerolls, and they were too loose and too tight, Christopher made sure that I got replacements of the prerolls (verifying that what I said was truthful bringing back the pre rolls to show him) that I had so I could make sure that I would get my medicine correctly. When I got home with the replacements and yet again was too tight I just ripped it open and put it in my bowl. When I told him about this happening a second time, he just gave me another preroll even after I said I didn't want it because of the level of customer service that I received in response for their product being messed up. As I said before I will not go anywhere else until CSR is not what the standard they have set is.
Courtney whom I visited recently were talking about trying to get rid of the carcinogens in my medicine admin, so without even thinking twice, she gave me a free thing of their butter and put it on my toast with natural strawberry jam, and due to my thoracic back protruding from the recent accident I was in due to a stupid human thinking they are good at life to operate a car and their cellphone at the same time I've had to increase my dosage but the one piece of toast lessened the pain by its self from the constant 13 to a mellow 3-5.
