“All i can say is WOW, this place is the BEST in TORONTO!!!!! Been to them all, and have to say that this place does it right. They have top notch medicine, and amazing customer service. Prices are very reasonable, and the fact that you can see your medicine, touch your medicine, and smell your medicine before you buy is amazing. Good job for being #1. Coming here every week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Visited for the first time yesterday. Brought all my paperwork and sign up was a breeze. Was almost overwhelmed by the selection. Service was great and it is nice selection of edibles as well. Super easy to get to, and a short walk from the subway. Can't wait to visit again.”
“The Master Kush concentrate (shatter) hadn't been properly purged. It was reactive (fireworks like) when heated, smelled and tasted bad. Upon further inspection there was debris in the product.
The people at The Toronto Dispensary are friendly and very welcoming, there was no hesitation to contact them.”
“This place is great, not your shady place like the guy that owns the dispensary next to him. Make sure you go and pay this dispensary a visit and not the one with the creepy man located next to him. Alex was super friendly and so was the receptionist. Alex knew his stuff bought the Chocolate and damn. That stuff is potent he told me take 2 little squares but I took 4 instead and the experience was absolutely unreal. Def recommend this place to anybody. These guys are really nice and professional. ”
“Taken Directly from my Review on Tumblr-
"The location is great. It’s right in “The village” at the heart of downtown Toronto, meaning getting there is easy. It is a little hard to find (It’s supposed to be), But the people who work there are more than willing to give you directions if you have a planned meeting. Now we get to my first, and really only big complaint. They are NOT wheelchair accessible, and in fact have quite the daunting staircase up to their space.
Once you do finally make it up those stairs, you are greeted by a very secure door, beside which is an ultra-modern telecom to the receptionist. They use a photo ID membership card and all in all I’m quite happy with the security, It is a safe feeling, welcoming environment.
Speaking of the receptionist, inside the door there is a fairly small office set up with chairs (Which I sincerely had fun discovering had no limit to their recline, and instead just go all the way to 180) and a desk. They have a colour card printer in house, and though it seems to be finicky (I’m picking up my ID next time)(Update! I’ve gotten my card, and while the photo quality isn’t amazing, it’s certainly passable.) it’s a huge improvement to the 4-6 week wait for a new card in the mail.
The Receptionist was a surprisingly joyful person for someone who went to work without sleeping the night before (I honestly just thought she was sick of dealing with the printer, but apparently neither trouble with the printer nor sleep can keep her from being cheerful!) and the budtender was polite and Helpful, even if it seemed like he didn’t want to answer some of my questions.
Overall I love the atmosphere and staff. They have a good selection of flower and a (Pardon the pun) “Budding” selection of concentrates and edibles, that while not the best selection, I suspect will grow with time. I would recommend The Toronto Dispensary to a friend in an instant.
My overall score on the Dispensary itself?
