  • “I've been with Tilray for about 6 months now and am fairly satisfied with their product although some key areas could use some improvements. Things such as pricing which is find to be steep, the variety of strains available which can be very limited at times although they have a good selection of high CBD strains, and I also found the minimum purchase amount of 5g to be inconvenient. If by some chance i don't enjoy the stain I'm left with unwanted cannabis which I no longer has a use for. Overall service is great and shipping is easy and quick, would recommend to others depending on what they are looking for.”

  • “Not very happy with Tilray and haven't been for more months than I care to think about, and spent a lot of big bucks there for the medicine I need when I can get it. The product quality is great, most times, IF and that's a big IF, you can get something decent that addresses your health concerns. Today on the phone from a very nice Mike, I got ......sorry we sold out of that in the first 24 hours. What's wrong with this picture, for months I have been telling Tilray I can't get the medicines I need from them, and they tell me to watch for emails of upcoming strains, which does me a fat lot of good when it's sold out within 24 hours on the West Coast and I don't even know about it till 4 hours after. I do all of my dealings with them on line because I have not found the customer service team to be helpful, friendly yes, but helpful not. It's not their fault, they are hamstrung to help you. It seems to me that Tilray is not looking at us as patients who have medical issues, but as consumers and there is a distinct difference. I am not with Tilray and their products to get "high" and I there to have relief from symptoms. As a matter of interest, Jane's Blog for Canadian Med Mar companies, Tilray shows today they have 37 strains available, try 6 Tilray, Hardly an innocent mistake. Oh and one more last hit, because strain supply is so hit and miss, who has to pay for the extra shipping each month because rarely can I get what I need in one order, another 5'er for a shipment date of 5 days or more each time.”

  • “I have now had 4 deliveries and the quality of the weed is awesome. I just received Sour Diesel and the taste is like no other. This strain is comparable to my favorite strain Bubba Kush which I really wish Tilray had. Other then service is great so far and my weed is delivered to me in Calgary sometimes within 24 hours. Prices seem to be a bit high. Paying 70$ for 5 grams seems a bit ridiculous but oh well the quality is definitely there.”

  • “Just got my first order from Tilray. Registration was fast and simple and they responded very quickly to fix a screw up done by my referring clinic. Beware that on the order form you must choose signature required for the delivery. If you choose no signature and you are not home when it arrives it will go back to tilray and NOT Purlator. I think law requires the package must be destroyed and you are out the money. I almost made this mistake but called tilray and they immediately changed it on my order. My order was sent on Monday and I had it by Wednesday. Loved the packaging, basically a real heavy duty ziplock back. I think that it will work very well for preserving freshness. I am no expert but the quality of the buds was something I had not seen in a long time. Really nice citrus odor and of course the usual earthiness. The buds had really nice colour and were literally glistening. The sativa strain was actually very uplifting. Other reviewers have mentioned a lack of available strains. There are currently 10 strains available at the moment but no pure indica strains. It would be nice if tilray rotated their crops better to ensure that at least one type of each strain was always available. I suppose the biggest issue here is the cost. I paid 11.00 dollars a gram while a friend going through a different producer paid only 8 dollars a gram for a comparable strain. The money is not a huge deal for me as I don't use that much but for others certainly could be. This is something that tilray is going to have address or at least try and justify, otherwise when I am able to add a second provider I may go elsewhere.”

  • “I chose Tilray as my LP at the beginning of October, them being a recommendation from an NHS Pharmacy employee. Sign-up was fast and easy, however I still have received no package like I had read about on their website. Once my medical document was approved, the ordering process was, again, fast and easy, however, the strain selection I was told about did not materialize. There at any one time is usually only a single blend in the Indica category, a single bud strain, or even nothing at all. Terrible selection is putting it lightly. How can Tilray keep accepting patients when they don't even have enough stock for treatment of their current patients? This tells me the company does not care about providing proper medication to their patients, but rather they care about money and abusing their popularity by not only steeply increasing prices in short intervals, but by accepting new patients when they are well aware they can't accommodate. Patients need access to affordable, proper medication. Not through-the-roof pricing on strains that are not helpful to some people and other strains that aren't even available. SHAME ON TILRAY!”

  • “i started here when i got my prescription and initially they were great. fast shipping and all the good stuff we heard that sold us on them. but 2 weeks later on my next order, everything fell apart. 2 incredibly late shipments, prices changed overnight to a gross amount for the low quality bud i was recieving. shipments got slower and slower. then the strains were completely sold out, and anytime a new strain come in it was sold out again that same day. Then i started reading the comment section on their instagram account, only to see that everyone was complaining and having the same issues as me. then their instagram dissapeared. I would assume due to the amount of people leaving them for other LPs and all the negative feed back. i hope they smarten up because it seemed very promising at first. ”
