  • “I am new to lp's but this is the best service I have ever had. Asked for registration Aug 31 got accepted Sept 8 and ordered my first products. Pink kush is beautiful, I love the smell, taste and the pain relief. I received the product within 3 business days I had the products. No smell and even better looking buds. Also picked up the houseblend +CBD and it looks great, everything was very crisp even somewhat moist. The ONLY problem was the pricing was a little high at first but with recieving everything within a timely manner, and a nice welcome kit, who can complain. Thanks again Tilray for being the best option for my pain relief. Cheers. ”

  • “First time order. Phoned in to inquire about a credit. Off the phone in 2 minutes with a one time $50 credit. Cool! She was super efficient and friendly. Ordered online. 10 flower choices seemed a little low although there was a few strains out of stock. A few choices of oil. I picked Cannatonic and Sirius flowers. Definitely covers my medical needs. Arrived at my door within a day and a half! I do like the stink pack but the zipper on the top is too big and the fold at the bottom crushes the flower a bit. It sure keeps the smell from getting out though. The flower itself was mostly great looking. A couple buds could have been trimmed better and 1 bud came with 2 premature seeds. I really enjoyed the Sirius. Super great taste and effect! Such much relief Wow! I find it slightly pricey so I will be applying for the compassion discount and will order again.”

  • “This was ridiculous, from the time I got registered to the time I ordered was under 2 days. Received the package the day after processing. So very impressed, widow is good, pricing is fair. For those not concerned to much about pricing these guys are for you. That's some great smoke”

  • “I found Tilray to be very unreliable twice in 3 months they ran out of CBD tincture the first time I waited 2 1/2 wks. A week ago I was told it would be a few days & I am still waiting. I have had two e-mails go unanswered & last Mon. I called & the phone rang at least 20 times & I gave up. I will not be dealing with them again & I will be telling the referral Dr. about my experience”

  • “Tilray - my overall experience has been ok. My only issue, as many other reviewers have indicated, is the price of the product. High THC content can mean up to $13-$15/gm at the checkout counter. I've moved 2/3 of my available prescription to another LP that has similar strains with close to the same THC content but are much more realistically priced. The blends that are offered are a fair price at $5/g - $75 for 15gm jar which is comparable to other LP's. They do offer the widest variety of strains that I've come across but often they are sold out so you are only seeing the currently available strains which at times is limited. I would recommend to others but with the caution regarding the prices.”

  • “Full disclosure: Tilray is my first LP as a Canadian medical patient so I have yet to see what other LPs are like. Registration: I found the registration process to be fairly easy. After my appointment with the dr I received an email from Tilray the same night, and everything had been confirmed and accepted. Overall registration process I am satisfied with. Customer Service: I had to contact the customer service numerous times to help with some questions and to guide me through my first order. I found them to be helpful and even though it took a while for one of my calls to get picked up, it was none the less. Overall customer service I am happy with so far. First Order: I was pleased to see multiple strains they had produced, but was disappointed once I realized they only had a few of them on hand. It would be nice to see more consistency in the availability of strains offered to its customers. That being said, it is nice having new strains to look forward to and to have a wide choice, again it would be more satisfying if the strains produced were consistently for sale. The order process was smooth and easy. Price: I felt this topic deserves its own category. I have gathered from research that Tilray is one of the highest charging licensed producers for Canadian cannabis. Its unfortunate that the prices of Tilray are so high considering the patient/customer has to pay tax and shipping on top of their order. Tilray need to be more competitive with their pricing. I would say the only down side to this LP is the pricing of their cannabis. Shipping: Fast Fast Fast, Received in 3 days including the day a placed the order. Very impressed. Bud Quality: After inspection of the buds I was very pleased. The quality of the buds were very nice. The buds looked, smelt and tasted clean and pure. I measured what I received and they were both on point which was nice to see. I feel that Tilray can strive to reach higher thc content percentages, their top percentages are in the very low 20's. My overall expectations of the quality of the buds were good, there is always room for improvements but I was not dissatisfied was the quality of my order. Summary: So far I am a happy Patient/customer of Tilrays. The customer service has been good. The shipping has been speedy, and the bud quality is satisfying. Only negative reviews would be the pricing, but hopefully they can figure that out. OVERALL RATING FOR THIS LP 4/5”

  • “Tilray has pros and cons in my opinion. I've only been certified with them for 1 month and I've made 2 orders from them. Pros: decent customer service, fast discreet shipping, indica, sativa & hybrid options, Facebook posts of upcoming specials & new strains, professional packaging, decent quality bud Cons: overpriced strains, nugs are small, sometimes you cannot get through to customer service, very limited options, strains come and go quickly, not a lot of concentrates options, numerous negative reviews circulating Tilray Overall this dispensary is decent but it's not amazing. I find that they get numerous complaints but don't really follow through long term with resolving the issues. They'll think of temporary fixes but the complaints always seem to come back. Their biggest complaint is the lack of variety. I think if they gave more options, on a regular basis then the prices of the product would be overlooked a bit. The deal breaker for me is the lack of options. When you know what works, you stick to it. The fact that their strains comes and go so much makes it hard to want to continue shopping. I like reliability and knowing I can get what I want basically when I want and not having that option really bugs me. ”

  • “Terrible customer service and a very hit or miss product at an exorbitant price point. They lost my paperwork 3 times and even though they were 100% at fault for locking me out of my account for six weeks they felt no need to apologize. They then proceeded to ship me moldy product... it's like they are allergic to customer service and quality.”
