  • “First distributor that I have used since becoming a patient, and so far, they are awesome. Registration was simple, orders come within 3 business days max, and their strains are pretty decent. I have so far ordered twice, had great experiences, and what issues I did have, were cleared up almost immediately. My only complaint would be their very limited selection. Strains appear and disappear on their menu fairly quickly, so you kind of need to know what you're looking for and order it as soon as you see it's in stock. Other than that, awesome distributor! Would definitely recommend.”

  • “Great people, great product. I had my prescription on a Friday - was registered and ordering by following Tuesday. Product has been fantastic quality. Their blends are a hidden $ gem. And who doesn't LOVE a $50 welcome. And complaint so far has been responded to and rectified within minutes. I was weary of a large Corp, but these guys have it down!! Both my wife and I continue to have great experiences with Tilray. ”

  • “To start it took almost a month to get registered I was told a week. I called k to see what was going on and the person who was to finish my registration went on vacation I was told and left it unfinished. First order was great. Then I as I ordered things kept dropping off the menu. I go to order, not much in stock, wait a few days to order 2 kinds, the other one now is out of stock. My Dr recommend these guys but when I went for my 3 month check up he recommended a different supplier. The CBD strains are decent priced, only seem to have one strain or the "house blend" in stock. The higher THC are pricey, I can't afford it. Although I worked all last year, this year 2016 I have been laid off for 80% of it. I don't qualify for compassion pricing. I am thinking about switching to someone else, I will decide in a few days. It does come vacuum sealed in zip lock packs for 5g & 15g sizes, the bags are rather large for the 5g size (only one size of bag) then the house blends come in a jar. Ordering to door can be between 3-5 days to Alberta P.s. The oils didn't seem to do a whole lot.”

  • “This place is pretty great all in all ... Took 3 days for registration and placed an order the same day and received my meds the day after ... Very pleased with delivery time and knowledge... I tried the warlock CBD and it's amazing tastes great burns good if your smoking it , but also tastes amazing in a vaporizer ... Would recommend this strain to everyone ... Not a heavy high but just right for a daytime strain ... Also pretty cool that they give you a 50$ credit for the first order ... All in all I give Tilray a 9/10 ... Only thing they could work on is the phone system it's very hard to get through to them on any given day ”

  • “Horrible customer service. Took weeks to get registered and they kept saying it was my doctors fault which just was a lie. Then on my 5th order I was told they were really backlogged from the long weekend and they could not tell me when it would be processed. I asked to cancel my order then so I could go elsewhere and they refused. The manager told me that he didn't care that it would take days to get my medicine because their policy is no refunds EVER !!!! Avoid at all costs as if all goes well things are good but when things go side ways they just are horrid at suporrt”

  • “What a joke! Sent my 2nd medical document to them over a month ago. With follow up emails. They 'claim' they sent it for verification to my Doc's office, though they got it through a licensed 3rd party. Claim they haven't heard back. It's been a month and I'm ALREADY a friggin' customer! Secondly, the 'house blend' I last bought was supposed to be designed for use in a vaporizer. What a joke! My vaporizer that I've never had a problem with, won't vape it. So I've been stuck smoking it and it's SO HARSH my throat and lungs have been killing me for a couple months, but unable to afford anything else. When I called to complain, they didn't even offer to give me a break on my next order! When I asked for help in choosing another product, the person I was dealing with couldn't give me a serious recommendation based on my symptomology. Even the company that I use as my liaison between them and my Doc said they don't like dealing with them. And this is what they do for their business! Disgusted and fed up.”
