“This location was really nice inside. I had already met a few of their employees at the Cultivation Classic where they handed out free samples and let us enjoy them on large bongs. I was eager to check out this spot and looking forward to getting some clones. The interior is very nice, and all of the staff were very friendly, helpful, upbeat and not intimidating folks. I truly wish this place was closer to me because I would make it a weekly check out. I am glad that you can order clones over the phone and receive them within a reasonable amount of time, so I look forward to trying that service in the future.”
“Have been here twice. I never buy cartridges, because the first one I ever bought failed about halfway through. On my first visit here, the bud tender suggested a cartridge and assured us that if it failed, we could bring it back and they would replace it, so no risk. Fast forward to yesterday, when the contact in the cartridge came out lodged into the battery, with about a quarter of the concentrate still inside. Thank goodness we were told we could bring it back, since I am a disabled medical patient on a very tight budget, and can't afford to just go get another. Oh, wait. Not once we got back to the dispensary. I was unable to walk to go in today, so my caregiver went inside to deal with it. They couldn't find the purchase tied to my account, and claimed that they don't carry cartridges from that company, only shatter. Not only would they not make good on the defective cartridge (I only expected them to honor the value of 1/4 of the original purchase, but that would have been enough to get me through until I get paid again). Instead, my caregiver ended up having to spend the last of my grocery money for the month on replacing it with the same strain, same company, shatter rather than oil. No discount. No consideration at all. Before you comment that groceries are more important than medicine, let me point out that in addition to crippling pain, nausea is a major issue for me, so without cannabis I just throw up what I eat anyway. So yeah, thanks for leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth, which will be about all going in until June. I will not only NOT be back, but I will be sharing my story as much as I can. If I can't trust your word, I won't trust anything else you try to sell me.”

As my Budtender discussed with your Caregiver John, we have yet to carry Boom Extracts cartridges but may in the future. Even though he didn’t have a receipt, it is our policy to at least try do right by our customer, so we checked into his purchase history. As you indicated, this was his second time in, first being early April as confirmed in our system records. According to the record, he did not purchase a cartridge, rather flower, extracts, and edibles for you. During the interaction, Caregiver John indicated that he had purchased the cartridge a month or more prior, and as you indicated the cartridge was nearly empty which supports his statement. Since the cartridge was not a cartridge that we carry, no proof of purchase, comments from the customer, we offered the next best thing we had to offer… being a non-cartridge extract from Boom Extracts that he requested on your behalf.
Due to the wide variety of disposable cartridges, and the potential for failure for whatever reason… we have been providing the following slip of information with each cartridge purchase:
Batteries and cartridges are typically inter-changeable. However, Golden XTRX batteries have been calibrated specifically for their cartridges. Mismatched batteries and cartridges may result in product complications and/or failure.
Vape Pen Tip:
Keep battery and cartridge upright, and out of extreme hot or cold temperatures in order to extend the life of the vape pen.
Manufacturer defects can be exchanged within 72 hours of purchase with receipt and original packaging. There are no returns on the vaporizer batteries or cartridges. Enjoy!
Please note, as indicated on the bottom of each receipt, other than this 72-hour cartridge return policy and the manufacturer refunds available on some smoking accessories, all sales are final. Further, from a general common business sense, it is not reasonable, customary, or good business practice to give a customer refund, credit, or exchange for items that have been nearly or fully consumed, or without a receipt proving the item was purchased at that establishment.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

“I came in to buy a CO2 cartridge from them but was unsure if I was able to use a different brand battery to go with it. I asked the staff and they assured me it would be just fine. I took it home to use but it didn't work. Thinking it was my battery (it was already have a hard time) we went and bought a new one. One that we were again reassured would work. Unfortunately it again didn't work. So, we took it back. They admitted that it was interchangeable but it would also cause damage causin it not to work. This was not mentioned AT ALL when we bought the pen. We asked if they would switch out the cartridge considering we bought because of they're good word but they told us it was our mistake for using the wrong brand battery. This was pretty frustrating, especially because I am in there EVERYDAY spending at least 60 dollars. So the point is, be aware of what you're buying because they do not always mean what they say.”
