“I'm just recounting my experiences with this dispensery. I emailed a order early this morning, never got a response, called to follow up, overhear in the background someone telling the girl who answered the phone that the emails don't actually go there. So I'm told they never received my order. So I place it over the phone just to be told once again they don't have the product advertised.
Seems some of you take issue with my review, it's a honest description of my experience with this dispensery. It's in no way slander. ”
“After visiting most of the other dispensaries in the city I can say without hesitation that this one is paramount for the city of Albuquerque's patients. They have an amazing staff right out of the gate and their customer service is ultimately unmatched and a leading factor for me to consider when choosing to return. Their product is phenomenal and works perfectly for any ailment or relief consistently and reliably. Their products are of top quality.

“Great place with friendly & knowledgable staff. I've loved all the strains that I've tried from Ultra Nob Hill & Albuquerque. I'm totally new to this & having fun with sampling everything. They provide one-to-one attention to your questions. I do wish they had more notice of what's coming in when.

It would be so easy & helpful if they'd offer automated, accurate daily updated menu on voicemail, Leafly, website, etc. It avoids unnecessary/difficult trips for patients and allows the staff focus on patients & education. Ultra is local, but aren't there advance indicators to give more than day-to-day notice to patients? Overall, I give them 14-3/4 out of 15.
“This dispensary has the best staff in the city. Ive been to every location so im sure. Its a green house grow that i think theres some rejuvenation going on because mathematically with the set up and limitations its the only thing that makes since . Even though thc content is fine a lot of the strains have terrible terps. With my tolerance thats the only thing that matters. I applogize if i upset anyone i just have a hard time with sub par cannabis and being disabled im not wealthy to where i can afford to get dooper weed( looks good does nothing). Unfortunetely they have some dooper weed that even confused me. Their wax is awesome bho crumble so yummy.”
“I have to say that this place is really nice in front of the store is a nice smoke shop open to any one 18 and older. The selection of glass is awesome all price ranges to choose from. The atmosphere is great the people are very nice and know their stuff when it comes to medicine and what is best for your issues. Behind door number 2 is the medicine with great bud tenders they have gloves on all medicine is in mason jars to look at and smell. The sales threw the week are great and they have rewards program. The have up to 15 or more strains in stock. All around great place to get all your Cannabis need.”
