He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and took the time to answer various questions as I am just learning about products and what they are best used for. Zee explained various options for purchase, their dispensary discounts and policies. I really appreciated his concern and effort to help me find what might work best for me based on my health issues and my desired benefits from this process.   • “i fully understand that people in service businesses aren't necessarily to blame for failings in product, which is how i treated things when i had an issue. unfortunately i was not treated with similar respect. upon taking issue with a bag overly filled with seeds, i was told that despite being told there was a low seed count, that that is not in fact what i was told. i however trust my mind and memory and remember what i was told. if this is not actual term, it was used as a sales technique, it was said to me, though. regardless of this insult, i was also dismissed with no regard. this is not a patient friendly establishment. to be fair, my experiences with the three other ladies i have had there i was totally pleased and the other products i have had were of a good quality.”

    hello Salbacoste, i really don't understand your review? Other than the fact about you had a bad experience this last time in, after coming here multiple times and dealing with the other 3 lady budtenders and having a pleasing experience. Please let me know what we can do to remedy the situation? we never want to leave you dissatisfied and will always swap out any flower you don't like for store credit on something you will. please ask for Tom or Anthony when going in my name is James im the owner. like i said before i really would love for you to come in and let us remedy the situation for you.

  • “The budtender really knew their products and made the right suggestions for me as I am not very knowledgeable. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Each time I buy more bud I try different dispensaries. This is the only place I'll be visiting twice thus far. ”
