  • “Today was my first visit to this gem, and it set the standard for how I rate local dispensaries. If you’re not doing it like Urban Greenhouse, you’re not doing it right. Urban Greenhouse is like dispensaries in Colorado and Washington. Sure, there’s a guard at the door like other dispensaries (in Cortez, CO & Bellingham, WA, I don’t recall security at the door). However, when you walk in the door, the check-in staff isn’t tucked behind bullet proof glass and a muffled microphone. The beautiful young lady at the desk greeted me and smiled. She took my card and state ID (again, first visit). There was no paperwork. Filling out the contact form was optional. Minutes later she gave me back both cards. At all the other places, they pass it along to the bud tender and you get it back later; you know the drill. Nope, she entered my info and quietly called my name to give back the cards; I hate those microphones and muffled voices through that thick-ass glass. Then, I sat right in the middle of the sales floor on comfortable benches for a few minutes while waiting for a bud tender. Some other dispensaries have nasty lobbies; clean your damn couches people! Urban Greenhouse’s lobby is pleasant and comfortable. I’m not sure, meant to ask, if the plants in the lobby planters are real, but they definitely look cool and add to the atmosphere. Next, Jeremiah came to the lobby and called my name. He was super pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained their model, which is amazing. If you’ve never been, I’m not going to ruin it for you. Just go and experience it. If you’ve been and are like me, you probably love their approach. And while I feel like it was my lucky day, I think it was a normal day for them. HG was outside the front door doing a promo. I spun the wheel and walked away with a nice lighter, which is what I wanted. A stoner always needs a lighter. The other stuff was cool, but I didn’t need a t-shirt. I was going to buy a lighter, so winning one was perfect! Halo Infusions & Extractions was inside, and had cool swag. I got to pick (no wheel spinning) and grabbed another lighter. Also, because I made a medical purchase, I got a freebie from Halo - a pack of infused gummies! With the new patient BOGO and Halo sample, I got a quarter of flower, an edible and two new lighters for $38.01. But I got much more than that. I got a good experience and a new way to measure the value a dispensary adds to my life and lifestyle. Side note for my Veteran brothers and sisters - I think they offer a 5% discount. ”

  • “I had a problem with miscommunication with an employee and the company called me and texted me and did everything to make it right I haven't been back yet so haven't tried product but they promised to compensate and had excellent customer service in trying to correct the issue .     We send our text messages out in the morning/afternoon so we apologize if that wasn't enough time for you to come and take advantage of the deal. However, we did advertise the deal for three days so ideally there should've been enough heads up for you to come redeem it. We didn't close early yesterday, we just had to cut the line short because patients aren't able to get checked in after 10pm by city laws. By the time you reached the counter, we would've had to deny you entry because it's illegal for us to take new patients after 10pm. We're sorry for any misunderstanding and inconvenience, but we simply just didn't want to waste your time standing in line when we knew we wouldn't be able to get you in.   • “The remodel is amazing. Their facility looks great. And the screens enabling a view into the grow site is awesome. I picked up a pura earth uncut 500 mg Vape pen DJ short. I have never tried this type of a vape pen with oil. I am very happy I am that daily medicator with a high tolerance. Very impressed with this. Also picked up a eighth of Purple Tara (they must’ve known I was coming and that I love me some purple) lol 😂 i’d like to think it’s my stream my first name is Tara LOL... definitely recommend checking them out. They are a bright light in a neighborhood that’s not necessarily the brightest. Right off of the I 17 and Indian school Road. They are running some great deals this week for their Gram opening. ”

  • “I won't be coming back here again after the terrible customer service I received during the grand opening deal. I showed up 45 minutes before closing only to be turned away because the owner cares more about his workers having to stay late then patients. If you're going to offer a deal you should expect the extra business and plan ahead on your workers staying late. They showed a lack of care for the patients plain and simple. If youre open till ten you stay open till ten. Use to love this place but won't be coming back after.”

When you arrived, it would've been 45 minutes until you reached the counter and it's against city laws for us to check in patients after 10pm. We're sorry for any misunderstanding or inconvenience but our owner just didn't want to waste your time in line when we knew we wouldn't be able to legally get you checked in by the time deadline. Our employees have been staying pass 11pm on these deal nights so the reasons were not just for our workers benefits at all. We were still taking care of the patients who arrived first past 10pm.   • “First of all the tested results for thc levels on the products are too confusing. When you say your product tests out between 15% to 22% or 17% to 24%. So I find it had to believe that they can give specific test results for some strains and then give results that might be 17% or it could be 24?. Which is it? Standardize your testing. That being said the new place looks good. Pretty sketchy area Quality is hit or miss with prices reflecting no big deals. Budtender had no real knowledge of their product, just the standard sativa or indica question. The vape cartridges are lame even at two for one. Stick to good quality flower.”

  • “Fake Advertising!!! I came in for the UGD 1 cent deal 30 mins before closing and upon arriving security said they where down for the night for construction ... I called UGD and Robert was not KNOWLEDGEABLE about the situation and told me they where still letting people in at 10pm and i told him what security said to me and then he switched up his story to ONLY THE PATIENTS THAT ARE CHECKED IN ARE AVAILABLE TO GET THERE PRODUCT I ASKED TO SEE IF THEY WOULD HONOR THERE PROMOTION FOR ME SINCE I HAD GOT THERE AT 930PM AND REFUSED SERVICE ... WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE ... ”
