“Don't give you full grams or eighths. Buds are decent quality at best, usually dry, brown, small, popcorn nugs. unless you buy,eighths but they only put 3g in them. Their service is good and atmosphere is welcoming”
“During my first visit trying to get a membership, i was treated very disrespectfully while showing my completly legitimate documentation that shows i'm a patient on the
MMPR. The staff member who was going through my paperwork continually told me it was fake and unauthorized even as i showed multiple club cards. By the end i made an honest mistake of not bringing ID, but instead of respectfully declining service, he told me "oh come on" repetitivly and in a rude sarcastic manner, then i was told i can apply for membership if i bring an extra piece of documentation. I will not apply for membership for the sarcastic and demeening way i was treated, and being told everything i have is fake, instead of respectfully declining service”
“The woman at the front desk was very helpful and made us feel welcome when we got our memberships. Speaking with the doctor was truly a treat, she was the most soulful, kind, and helpful medical professional I've had the honour of meeting. However, once we had the go ahead to check out the product, the service lacked. One man was nice, but the man in the far back room was not. The atmosphere was personally too dark for me. They also offer free yogo, hoopla hoop classes, and vegetarian dinner + music on Friday nights! Overall, I would say this is a hit or miss depending on who helps you. ”
“Gotta agreed with the precious poster. Older guy behind the counter was a complete jerk. The girls at the front desk was very warm and welcoming though. Maybe they should let her run the sales counter. Product is on par with most other places I have been.
“Service was terrible. Older guy behind the counter made me feel like i was being a nuisance asking to see the product. Slamming the bins on the counter. AAA product was AA at most. Everything is pre-packaged and has lost its nose. 1st time customer and last time i will be back. Old man is going to catch a slap next time.”
