Great place to shop. Preorder on line in and out the door. Joe, Sandra and Jess great budtenders. Friendly and helpful. Interior needs to be refreshed,has looked the same for 6 yrs. Budtender turnover is wild , new crew each visit. S/O Mary always has a smile.

•More variety please (Oregon’s shops are set up like jewelry stores- you still have to unlock the cases) but you get to see all the inventory. •Can’t see what you are buying and the display cases are placed too far from eyesight, it wastes cashiers time & they’re too busy to show or give a detailed description. (You really need a secretary ...to keep a running inventory, etc.) •Need to separate the 3 strains into 3 columns then rank the potency from mild to strongest. That should lessen the confusion & cut the repetition. •Pick-up &/or delivery would be great for business, some are uncomfortable about being seen by a coworker or in groups •I have bad knees & you have plenty of stairs - I’m not ready to be “classified” handicapped yet, but a solution is surely possible....just ask me. •I have a lot of ideas, I’m interested in or considering investing/opening a smaller place out my way, or just dipping my toe in first.

Finally hit up a dispensary that had flower. I did not pre order... i did look at the menu and decided what I wanted before I got there so as to not back up the line. You have to park around back for the rec... you hit about 5 different guards until you get upstairs. Everyone is friendly, they just make you walk your ass off the entire building to get, where you could have gone through the front door. But whatever. They had a good selection. Kind of felt like going into a bank... I've been to the dispensaries in colorado, that was fun... this is more like having armed guards at a bank than a relaxing experience... it'd be nice to see the buds in jars prior to picking stuff out, but I guess this is Chicago... where you might get shot any minute so we can't have nice things like Colorado has. Overall, good experience... very far drive for me, but none of the places near me have any flower. You take what you can get i guess. BTW... for 2 1/8th... 30 dollars in taxes. I need to move out of this state.

Parking is a nightmare. Big empty unused parking lot across the street, and their overflow is about 1/2 a mile walk away. Be careful where you park in their lot, too. Police HQ is across the street, running plates and writing tickets for unsuspecting patients while inside buying product. Won't go back there again! Romeoville has my business now.

The staff is super friendly but can feel a little rushed. Placing an order online is easy and a must, in and out is usually about 30 min. Yes recreational has a bit of a maze and moves depending on medical priorities. So just have your order and are comfortable with stairs standing and waiting in line for a min of 30 min, oh a just a few more stairs. 😄 Overall I enjoy making the trip there.

Workers are great people, but the prices are getting out of hand, and there is barely ever any good products in stock. There is not many dispos in the area so they figure they can just continue to up the prices, which I guess they can...

Product is good, but prices are higher compared to other dispensaries and seem to be getting higher. Wish they had more in stock as well

Waited in line for 40 minutes for them to tell me the blue dream cones were out of stock. They apparently had no substitutions for a pack of 2 cones. Had $40 on me and the cones were actually decently priced. Other than cones i could've purchased some strawberry SATIVA gummies. Not really interested in sativa. Besides prices, I didn't enjoy this place. I lived in another legal state and have been to plenty of dispensaries and none of them were as bad as this. On this day, I came in through the front door, they make you go downstairs all the way to the back. Then down a long ass hallway, through three rooms of waiting in line, just to have to go back up stairs where you came in to actually be at the counter.

This is a review of the location several months ago. it used to be solid. prices have gone up over 10 for 1/8th and $69 pre tax for essentially help flower that you could buy online. that to me is a bit crazy. Sell us weed and both 1/8th of hemp. really enjoyed the flower prior to now.

Strange and confusing, nothing like warm, friendly, inviting vibes I experienced at other out of state pot shops. Felt like an ExCon reporting to my parole officer before I was allowed to get a fix (legally)

This place is very organized with the lines. My only complaint is that the website is not accurate with the menu. I wish they had more pre rolls and vape pens in stock. The menu selection for flower is only like 2-4 options. But the product are really good.

Love this place. Reservations suck. You should be able to walk in but until there is a vaccine for Coronavirus this is a great idea. I was here 1-1-2020 for 8 hours in the cold the first time, I'm still coming back!

Prices are higher than any other shop in the area and my "3.5g" purchase weighed out to 3.02. For the price and lines, not worth your time shopping here.

Pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole process was. Got there when they opened. Besides having to move my car before it was towed, was from the line to the register in 40 minutes. Recreational menu online was accurate. Got what I wanted. Pre-Roll cones are shorties but good quality. Looking forward to making another trip in the future. Cool people from all walks of life were in line and some held my spot for me while I moved my car.

well I've been here 3-4 times now and I have to say that Verilife has it going on!! it is organized, all staff including security staff are very nice. Im sure product selection will increase over time but the quality is always there.

The staff are all super friendly, kind, patient and helpful. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and friendly, and the product is obviously great.

Very clean and organized. Selection was limited, but that is to be expected right now.
