My wife and I were in the store yesterday completing our purchase when I received a call from my job on my phone (I’m often on-call for my work) when I was rudely told “I can’t have you on the phone in here” to which I replied I’m on call for work. The young man rudely repeated the same thing again. I went to speak to someone today to find out WTF. The young lady informed me it’s on their sign. I examined every sign in the waiting area to discover, in small print, on one sign there is a line that states you should store your phone. She seemed more concerned with defending the young man rather than give any consideration for my concerns. For that reason I will and would suggest to anyone to deal with either of the other 2 dispensaries in Winnemucca. The salespersons are pushy and act educated but aren’t!

I absolutely love this dispensary. From the store itself to the people who work there..I've learned alot from them..I usually shop here often but the last few months they seem to have very little product in regards to their flower..I guess I'm going to have to start traveling again..Bummer.

Some time a good drive, nice tunes, and a bag full of happiness is all one needs.

Honestly I love it here not just to get bud but to actually interact with the workers you ask a question they answer with nothing BUT knowledge not just half fast answers I get the product isn't all that they should branch out a little bit but if you just plain out say their horrible customer service or they suck your just a angry stoner who just wants,wants, wants understand this is a store with rules and regulations people if you don't have the money just go hit up Billy Bob down the road for a dub sack. Appreciate you water canyon for atleast trying to satisfy us stoners 🤟 really nice welcoming employees(:
