“Worst customer service in Portland!
A few days before the end of the year, they had a big sale on 1/2 gram
disposable pens ($7.00ea). I spent just over $500.00 and bought almost all they had left. Having had problems with "disposable" pens in the past, I asked what the return policy was. The clerk told me to keep the reciept and the original packaging and I could return any defective ones. Last week I went in with a total of 9 that never worked and one that leaked. At first the clerk told me that he would have to ask "Someone bigger than himself" in back. A few minutes later he came out and told me that he could give me a $30.00 credit for the defective pens. I repeated the information I was given when I purchased them and asked where the "person that was bigger than him" was and he said he was it. He then began to inspect the pens and declared that they were all half-gone. I tried to reiterate that they were 1/2 gram pens and not full grams, but he just continued to talk over me and found the one that leaked and accused me of using it up and asking for a refund. He refused to open the tube up to see that it leaked no matter how much I insisted. Then he switched to " too long after the purchase to return anything". I pointed out that there was NOTHING on the reciept indicating a time limit or any return policy of any kind. He then told me that "there is no such thing as a guarantee on their products" and further noted that even if there was, I took too long to bring them back and it was "before the change in regulations."
He also accused me of trying to return a "sale priced item" for the original price. I was not asking for something for nothing, just a refund or credit for the money I spent on defective merchandise. No matter what I said, he just continued to talk over me and repeat the offer of $30. I have had a medical card for 3 years and have been to dispensaries all over Portland and the surrounding areas and no one has ever even blinked when I returned something until now. I have never felt so "Blown Off" and insulted in my life.
I will never go back to this place again after being treated like I was trying to "pull a fast one" on them.”
“I first took a visit when I had my medical card about a year back. I was shorted .03 on the gram I bought. The second time I went 7 minutes before closing just wanting to run in and grab a gram but the man shut the door right before I could walk in.. wasn't the friendliest experience.
Today I decided to give it another try. I got shorted .02 on my gram(not mad about it, but maybe they should pre-weigh their stuff). Overall though it was good quality and the woman that helped me was very friendly. ”
“After moving to the area decided to check out Westside Wellness and was very impressed! Great selection to choose from with good prices. Budtender was knowledgeable about the strains and had a great attitude. Couldn't find it listed but there is a ATM on site if you need 1. Will definitely be back soon.”
“Out of the dozens of dispensaries I've been to, this is by far, my favorite! The staff is always friendly, and take time to answer and explain anything I have questions about. The quality of their product is excellent and decently priced.”
“I called up Westside Wellness looking to see if they had concentrates in stock or not and how much that would cost. They confirm that yes they do have them in and that prices depend on the strain (of course) but that they would be available for $50. After a 20 minute drive across town, I come to find out that the cheapest concentrate they were selling was almost 75. Either they couldn't be troubled to actually look and see what was in stock and the cost when I called asking exactly that or they tried to outright give me the "bait and switch". Either way, I won't be returning”
